We are pretty young and new at this whole process, and Julie has helped us answer every small and "dumb" question along the way with grace and patience, even if we ask her the same question a million times. Julie has sustained a relationship with us throughout our time being in Austin, even when we were not looking to buy, she keeps her community in touch and up to date, with details like notes and kind gestures. She truly cares about us as people, and we've built a great relationship over the years. When we started casually looking for a new home late last year, we took Julie all over Austin and surrounding areas as we were undecided on location. She drove all over with us, weekend after weekend, until we found the right neighborhood for us. She gave us her time in what seemed like fully dedicated space to us and our needs! We felt like star clients, even at our budget range which was not that of star clientele, and we truly appreciated that. I knew about Miss Dewitt Le from her DIY property taxes youtube videos about 3 years ago; I was a few days away from my appointment with the Travis County Appraisal office to present my own case. I did my research as Tammy advised in her instructional videos and was well equipped with the material I needed to make my case. However, I did not have any sales comparables to bring with me, as I didn't know any realtors who had access to the research. The night just before my TCAD appointment, I reach out to Tammy about my problem and she kindly provides me advice to best present my case as well as some sales comparables I can use. Late at night, helping me and my family out, people she didn't even know. I was so impressed and grateful. That speaks a lot about a person who's willing to help out someone in the community; I regret this comment comes in so late after the fact. My very best wishes to her family. And thank you.

She made sure that we were the first in on this home because she knew it wouldn't last. Plus her standing positive relationship with the builder helped us out immensely to get in on it before the house even hit the market! Additionally, she celebrated the victories throughout the process including when out offer was accepted on this house and when we accepted an offer on the house we we selling, even though we were working with another realtor in another city for that sale. Lastly, Carmen did everything she could to help take the stress off of us. I was 6 months pregnant during the time we found a house and were closing. She did what she could to take things off of my to-do list to help make my life less stressful. She went above and beyond in this area. This helped to take that worry off of my plate. I cannot recommend Carmen enough!
