That can happen in any business, so I didn't hold it against them. Once we finally connected, they were very quick to reply and very polite. But they also denied my case almost immediately. My impression is that if you're in a major car wreck, plane crash, or another situation where there's clearly big money involved, this firm would probably be a strong choice. I got the sense they only take cases where they see a significant payout for themselves. A lot of law firms operate that way, but it's disappointing for people like me who genuinely need help and don't have a "high‑value" case. Page sent me a form letter saying they wouldn't take my case. Unfortunately, there was no referral to anyone who could help -- just a few general suggestions about what I should do next. I wish they had been willing to point me toward someone who might actually take the time to help.
