Jeff answered the phone himself, listened to the details of my case, and gave me some very helpful and great advice. I just returned from my court appearance, and the charges -- which I was prepared to contest -- were dropped. But it's great to know that there are great attorneys like Jeff out there if I ever need one. I had a great experience speaking with Jeff, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding.

First of all, aside from being a knowledgeable attorney, Jeff is a good man. The stereotype of…read morelawyers being low lives is destroyed by the caring nature he displayed during my consolation with him. He was compassionate, kind, and listened to my concerns. Not many people in this world take time out of their day to be kind to someone without ulterior motives. He gave me a free, thorough consultation and made me feel secure during the 15 minutes we talked even though there was nothing financial or otherwise to gain on his part. If you want an honest, educated, knowledgeable and good hearted lawyer, this is your man.

They make everything easy and stress free. They are professional without being stuffy. Marc takes the time to answer questions in terms that are easy to understand. I hired Marc at the beginning of 2018 to help with divorce proceedings between myself and my [now]…read moreex-husband. It was a very clear-cut, non contentious divorce that should've taken 3 months MAX and could've been done sans lawyer - but I didn't want to deal with the paperwork headache. So I paid a $4,000 retainer with the assurance that we would NOT exceed that amount unless it turned into a battle that went to court. Well, we never went to court and were in agreement every step of the way, yet Marc is now trying to charge additional funds after the divorce took 8 months due to HIS disinterest in the case. This lack of attentiveness led to MULTIPLE, repeated mistakes that should've never occurred because the majority of the divorce - including the parenting plan, division of property / debts and other miscellaneous details - had all been laid out by myself at the very beginning. Every time these mistakes were brought to his attention, with a gentle reminder for him to "refer to the original paperwork" - I was charged for him to make the corrections. I was told numerous times that certain paperwork or filings were already completed - then weeks or even months later, was surprised to hear that he was still working on those same items and you guessed it - being charged for them again. More than once, I sat in his office for appointments where he went over details that we had ALREADY ADDRESSED and reviewed in previous meetings - which was once again, a clear opportunity to double-charge me. I even had to ask for corrections on the child support order 3 different times (!!) - when I kept pointing out that the amounts were "off" compared to what I had determined in my own calculations. If I could give a zero, I would. Perhaps he was a good lawyer in the past, or is better with other areas of law - but when it came to a simple divorce, he was incredibly incompetent and expressed NO sense of urgency. In all honesty, his secretary was the only reason anything got done. Maybe I might've had a better experience if I was one of his "bigger ticket" clients - but unless you want to be exorbitantly charged for extreme lack of detail and disregard for your case, heed my advice and take your legal matters elsewhere!

A neighbor friend told us to talk to him and see if it was worth taking some actions since we both got injured, at first I did not want to. My accident was a very scary night and I'm pretty sure it traumatized me. I came home not myself and not talking. It took some courage to go down with my sister and just sit, and listen to them talk about her accident and see if I maybe wanted to do the same thing. I decided to do it He sat me down and explained how the process was going to go and answered whatever question I had, which was at least 3-6 questions. Not only was he helping me But! He also helped my sister at the same time. He also accommodated for me, since I didn't have a car. We would meet at a nearby food place and discuss new papers i had to sign or invite me to come to his and my sister's meeting and discuss my case after hers. Good or bad whenever there was news from the other person or the insurance company I was 1st to know and yet again answer whatever question I had about this new information. Start to finish he has guided me through this legal mess and I'm very thankful for the help but also for his patients.
