They were willing to work on my older unit to keep it running when most other companies just tried to force me to replace. Unfortunately, the unit finally died a few weeks ago and I needed to replace. Franklin came out really fast to give me a quote. I had received a quote from another company that was DOUBLE what Franklin quoted. Franklin also really explained everything that would need to be done and had transparent pricing. They were communicative and came back within two days to install my new unit. The team that came out went above and beyond to make sure the install was done well. They even helped me install a part that was missing on the unit that caused a really bad leak from my AC a few years ago. They installed a new thermostat and helped me check for any rebates. Honestly they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They charged me exactly what was quoted and had great payment plan options. Every person I've been in contact with has been friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with their service. They made a big home repair feel easy and stress free. Highly recommend.

I found out from another plumber and air company that these gentlemen don't "give their technician a $500 bonus for getting a new unit put in". Yes, many do this. The unit is still in ticking and they will be back next week! What a joy to find honest people!

For the rental home, I purchased a brand new heating/cooling system from Paschal, this being before I knew about Kinty. My personal home ended up having a starter issue with the a/c. I called KJ and they came out and had it running in no time. Shortly afterwards, my rental had an issue with their brand new unit. The thermostat kept shutting off and thus, not working. It shut the whole system down. They have small children. When I called Paschal, I got a call center. The girl stated that she couldn't give me an idea when they could come out as it was a Friday. When I told her this was a brand new unit and they have small children, she stated that it didn't matter, there was nothing she could do about it. I called Kinty and told them what happened, they were out before the day was over! The diagnosis... the piping was installed incorrectly. This past summer, I had to have a new thermostat in my own home. They were really swamped but assured me they would be here before the day was over. Sure enough, 7pm!.... they came. Their tech was friendly, apologetic for being late, and had my thermostat installed in no time! Please call Kinty Jones before you call anyone else! You will have a pleasant experience and will be pleased with all their service! Thank you Kinty Jones!!!

When I first called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. They were able to fit me in for a consultation quickly. Adam was able to diagnose our HVAC issues quickly. He then gave us a few options on repairing our existing system or replacing it due to the age of the system. Once we decided to replace the system he helped us make several decisions based on our current issues of hot & cold rooms that were never very comfortable. Once we agreed to the work, he ordered the new equipment and got us on their schedule very quickly. Since then, our new system has been working flawlessly. We now have 3 zones in our house and have already seen our electric bill start to drop due to the efficiency of the new unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

One wanted to replace the entire unit, the other wanted to replace a bypass valve and add another duct and vent in the attic. NEITHER of these 'guesses' were accurate! Armor came in and did some trouble shooting. Instead of trying to throw parts at it, the investigated and found the problem. I am sooo grateful for Armor and the great job they did. This literally saved me thousands! The problem was a manual valve that had moved to the closed position over time and was not allowing the cool air upstairs. I almost trusted the wrong company. The manual valve shouldn't have been in there in the first place and Armor still caught it! Many, many thanks to Eric, John, Payton and Cade! We are currently on our fourth day without air conditioning, which is completely unacceptable considering that the entire system is new. The technicians who have come to our home have been friendly, respectful, and professional, and I do appreciate that. However, being nice does not change the fact that the system continues to have issues and we are still without A/C. When you make such a significant investment in a brand-new HVAC system, you expect it to work properly and to have peace of mind--not to constantly call for repairs and deal with repeated failures. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the overall experience. I hope they can provide a permanent solution instead of continuing to temporarily address problems that keep coming back. The account is under my husband's name, Luis Blanco
