Pulled up to the service door at 07:25 anticipating it to open at 07:30 as the sign indicated. 07:30 comes, and goes, 07:35 comes, and goes, door still isn't unlocked. Walk around to the main entrance, and see one of the sales people. I inquire about the service department; "Oh, he gets here anywhere from 07:45-08:00." Then why in the AF does the sign say 07:30?!?! ‍ Anyway ... service guy finally comes in, tell him that I need my oil changed, and sorry, no I don't have an appointment, because when the light came on it was 04:30, and the dealership was closed. "I'm shorthanded because a guy quit last week." ... NOT my problem. "There's a 30 minute oil change place just down the street." Again, NOT happening. Finally asked for the dealership manager .... Change of tune ... "Oh, you know I can get it in right now, go have a seat in the lounge, and help yourself to coffee." About 45 minutes later, and $51.52 poorer for the experience I left the dealership, and continued my trip to Ohio. Also ... I got a cool plastic cup as a souvenir of my visit.

I finally get there on a lunch break to look at/drive car, only to be told by the same salesman, it's heavily modified, you aren't going to drive this, it's to fast you can't handle it. Considering my b7 Alpina had 540 hp, 0-60 in 3.5 seconds. I think the salesman just didn't want to give up his free ride from the dealership.

I gave this company the opportunity to inspect and flush my coolant system, inspect and recharge my AC system, inspect and flush my front and rear differential and transfer case and inspect and flush my transmission. I left with an AC system that blows hotter than the heater. How can anyone expect one system was inspected and maintained correctly when the other performs so poorly after such a "service". I was also taken for $250 so that someone could punch a few buttons on a programmer to reprogram my cpu which performs worse now as when it did when I brought it in to their shop. All this place has done was fix my ability to have faith that all GM dealerships are not equal. I would caution anyone coming here for service to question how that service is performed. I personally think they suck and charge for things they're not qualified to do. Buyer beware! You cannot trust these mechanics. What's unfortunate for them and me alike is that I am looking for someone to replace my shocks, add an air ride suspension, replace my mirrors with towing mirrors and rotate my wheels. I wouldn't trust them with rotating my wheels at this point. No stars for this group. Go somewhere else if you're in need of service.

Problem was an intermittent electronic fault. Hard to find to say the least. They kept us informed every step of the way. Discussed options and were great to work with. Parts were needed and they had to come from St Louis. In the end they had us on the road and good to go. And when I got the bill, I was presently surprised that they were more than fair.

As well as doing a terrible job replacing my EGR. Which was not installed properly. I have continuously had to put up with a whistling from the EGR that was put on and the bellows is bent. Those are from other mechanics that have experienced these problems. I've called and been in communication with them. Trying to get back to their shop to take care of the matter. But unfortunately 1hour away from their shop on a Saturday when they close @ 12noon. He wouldn't offer to stay an hour or two over to take care of the matter. So at this point that let's me know that I am really not valued as a customer. So I have to go elsewhere to get the job done RIGHT. I feel they should foot the bill from another credible repair shop. Preferably Freightliner! That's my experience and story.
