When I went to check out the team member took quite some time trying to figure out how to actually check me out. I paid for the service and left. About 10 minutes after I left I received a call from the front desk, and without an apology told me that I was under charged and needed to come back to finish paying my bill or pay it over the phone. I asked her if I could call back once I was done driving and would pay then. She hesitated and said ok. A few hours later I called to pay the bill and the girl on the phone said that they were closed and since they had my card on file they just went ahead and charged me the additional $40. Without even a courtesy call to tell me what the additional fee was or to confirm if that was the card I wanted to use for the charge. Again, no apology, no hint of remorse, nothing. I asked them to mail me my receipt. Additionally, the young man who massaged me for the fee of $140.00 + a $20.00 tip, didn't touch my hands or feet, didn't have the bed heated, the hot towels grew cold extremely fast and I spent the 90 minutes feeling cold, and not at all relaxed because his massage game was poor.
