The staff was super friendly to take my order and get food out to me quickly. The inside was nice and clean as well. The food itself was awesome - I went for a flatbread with the buffalo chicken option they have, and it did not disappoint! I wanted to try this place since they were closing and I was, surprisingly, craving pasta. I got the pesto pasta to go, and I was excited because I love pesto. Sadly, it did not live up to my expectations based on all the good reviews. Not sure if I caught them at a bad time because they were closing, but it was an underwhelming meal. Third time here, and I'm returning in the future! This place is absolutely spotlessly clean (including the restrooms) and well organized. It's also small, but I've never seen it crowded. The cashiers are always friendly, patient and helpful, as was todays experience. My wife and I split the Meat Grinder (Italian sub) with the Parmesan waffle fries. It is one awesome tasty and overstuffed sandwich, and those fries are uniquely wonderful too. We find splitting it is (along with the fries) is plenty for lunch. Everything is made fresh to order. I loved their basil-infused tea as well. I mix the sweet and unsweet (I hope that's okay) and get the perfect flavor...for me. It's a great place to eat in the area that offers something different than others. Another nice side note, is their extensive use of recyclable dishware. the prices are REALLY high for fast casual dining, which is the atmosphere of the restaurant. I had a chicken parm sandwich, and received 2 chicken fingers covered in marinara and cheese on focaccia with a garlic sauce. Since the height was too big to eat as a sandwich, I ate the chicken w/a knife & fork and ate the bread like garlic bread. I also had the crispy Brussel sprouts and a drink. It cost $20 at lunch! The tenders breading did have a Parmesan flavor. it was served in a basket and my brussels were served in a paper bowl - so definitely a fast casual dining atmosphere. The prices are far too high for the concept imo - which is probably why the restaurant was so empty when I ate there. the service was friendly and the food was good, but it was not especially good/great/a special food experience - and at those prices, I think the food served needs to be amazing - i can't see this restaurant making it much longer under the current business model. read more

The owner of this establishment is amazing to work with. He has been very accommodating and has delivered meals for over 500 employees at 6 different branches across the state. He has made my job easy in catering for us. He has done this for us for two years now. ..He blew a tire and still found away to deliver food to one of the branches and was more concerned about the delay than anything. (He was only 20 min late!) I would have been 3 hours late. His commitment to providing quality service is beyond anything you see nowadays. The menu here is much more expanded than the food truck and Marble Hall Market location.
