Day for pickup, no call from them as order wasn't on truck. Finally spoke with someone, said 3 more days which was 1 day before install was scheduled. No communication from them on the 2nd scheduled day. Multiple calls to them and they didn't know if the order was on the truck coming or not. Couldn't find it anywhere. Their truck came at 3pm and no call from them. Called at 4, person didn't know so I demanded a call back as the rented truck I had gotten would need to be returned. Called me back 20 minutes later, no order on truck. Didn't know where it was or if order was even completed. Said they won't know until next week where the cabinets are or even if the order was filled. Wrote a check to avoid their ridiculous CC fees so I can't even dispute the charge. Hundreds of dollars wasted on non-sense that was avoidable with minimal communication. Flooring will have to be installed first and then cut up to accommodate the island cabinets if I ever get them. Miserable experience.

I would just like to say I am completely turned off by the way the pre-meet the design consultant process works. You go through a call center whose only job is to set up an appointment. You cannot ask any questions to gauge whether you might even want to proceed with them. All the call center can do is set up appointments and you can't get past them. If there is a showroom nearby, you can go there but it is not really set up for meeting with homeowners. They also ask a lot of unnecessary questions. For example, for a window replacement they ask how old the window to be replaced is, what problems you are having with it, how old it is, etc. Who cares? We find process very annoying compared to other companies where you can actually speak to someone first about their product and get a ball park figure of about how much it would cost, understanding of course, that the final estimate depends on the exact measurements, and some other factors.
