He was recommended by a friend who is also a physician. I actually had an appointment scheduled with him when we met during a mediation class. The office staff is friendly and hardworking. The office is different, they had a very diverse clientele which includes working professionals, HIV patients, and what appears to be the homeless. But what is so great is, they treat everyone the same. It's hard to get in but they do have several "walk in" clinics.

When I thought its getting longer, I went outside to ask his staff. Then he came to see me. He started lecturing me about time that he is not that late as other Dr's are. Then he asked me to change the Dr. if I cant wait that long. Then I canceled appointment with him and not seeing him again. I had enough of his tantrum. I wouldnt recommend anyone else unless he changes his attitude as to how he treats his patient.

The receptionists, nurses, and the pediatricians have all showed cared. They get back to us when we leave voicemail or email the nurse. The general care would get a one star for the way their nurses speak to patients. I had one appointment for an std screening and the nurse had the nerve to say "you know these tests cost money" while preparing me for the doctor to come in. I regret not immediately report them. I was stunned and beside myself.

You always had to leave your number and you never received return call. So we switched doctors and they were super great with their phone response and appointments. Dr. Bishays office finally returned the first Call 2 weeks after we already had an appointment with a different doctor and facility. And today, at least 6 weeks after the no response from his office, they returned a call asking if I wanted a biopsy which had already been done by my new doctor. DO NOT USE ANY OF THE DOCTORS FROM PHYSICIANS CLINIC AT REGENCY.
