I should have asked if the food that was going onto warming pans be delivered in foil pans if possible, but I didn't think of it. I ordered for 35. 40 came, but there was plenty if food. I asked for diet soda only, but two bottles were with sugar. Someone did drink a little of one, but the other was untouched. It was just left because nobody wanted it. The food was supposed to come at 6:30. I got a call, while I was still on my way, an hour early, that the food had arrived. This was inconvenient. If you want to serve hot food hot, be firm about the time. The fruit platter was disappointing. Half was inedibly unripe melon. I suggest you go elsewhere for fruit. There was a platter of very good mixed pastries. The cookie platter had only one kind of unappealing cookie that went mostly uneaten. On the whole, I would certainly use them again, but I would avoid the fruit and the cookies.

I use them exclusively for lunch meetings at work - I can call them up a few days in advance or even the morning of, place the order and they'll make sure it's delivered within a 15 minute window of your desired time. The food comes beautifully plated with fresh flowers/greens for garnish. All of their serving trays are recyclable and their plates, napkins & serving utensils are all made from recycled material to be a "greener" company. All the food is packaged up in a single box with various layers to protect from smashing the platters. Their menu is DELICIOUS...literally I have not had a salad, sandwich, or dessert I haven't loved. We usually get the Premier Lunch which is a platter of assorted sandwiches, two different salads (usually a green salad and a pasta salad of sorts), a sliced fruit platter and a dessert platter for about $16 per person. There is always plenty of food too! I've never had the opportunity to use them for larger catered events, but I could if I would!!

I've lived in flushing for all my life, but I have never found a meal that sustains my diet. This…read moredelivery service is by far the greatest thing that has happened to flushing. I'm an avid gym goer and an organic healthy fanatic. Halal has always been my best bang for the buck, I had my protein through lamb or chicken and some essentials through their crappy greens. Screw that, I got myself a sandwich and soup for a fair price of $12. They're roughly the same price point as Subway, but you have to add in the factor that Subway is a large chain and majority of their items are processed and stored for a while. Also, they did not skimp out my bacon, chicken, or avocado! I think I had a whole avocado. You have to try their chicken bacon melt and clam chowder soup. Hands up to Mason's! Flushing has finally started to evolve to clean eating.

I was excited when i saw masons menu because you cant really find healthy and organic food in flushing. I don't know what they put in the balsalmic vinagerette but the dressing was REALLY good. And their packaging was cute too so that was a pleasant surprise. Overall 5 stars for the delicious food, cute packaging, and efficient delivery!

I saw the menu and was intrigued: I hadn't had meatloaf in a long time. Memories of my grandmas house and Wednesday night dinners danced in my head. I took the elevator down and could smell the SOUL wafting up the elevator shaft all the way on the 14th floor. Gorgeous Tasha (the owner) and her lovely daughter were there to greet me with the most welcoming smiles. They told me about all the dishes and we chatted a bit, very nice folks! I had the meatloaf, mac n cheese and green beans. Normally meatloaf is like some sort of mystery meat held together with eggs and breadcrumbs NOT THIS! It was ALL JUICY MEAT pretty sure it was beef, not pork or anything else. As soon as I reached my desk it was all a blur of food and mouthgasms and then it was GONE The mac n cheese was that home made, baked macaroni with cheese melted on-top and in between. It's not like a cheese sauce, I like both kinds so it was GREAT for me, but I know other people favor the Kraft/Boston market versions which I also love. I know what you're thinking "vegetables !?" But these green beans were cooked to perfection (tender but snappy), and flavored with the perfect amount of garlic, it was not overpowering. Idk where the name comes from but they definitely DROP THE POT on this one ! Definitely would eat again and recommend for catering!

I've had the meatloaf, slaw, pulled pork, and the macaroni and cheese. Although everything has been great, the meatloaf is my favorite - it's juicy and crumbly, not too dry or over-baked. I would highly recommend Drop the Pots for any catering services you need, if you are looking for soul food or Southern cooking. Not to mention, all of the staff is incredibly sweet, kind, professional and genuinely interested in the satisfaction of their customers.
