I've dealt with the company since I lived in Cambridge, Maryland a decade ago. I've purchased many items from them, including a Troy Bilt rotor tiller that was almost new, and more recently, a nice, barely used Lenovo laptop computer. The staff at both Cambridge and Seaford were always wonderful. Those days are gone. Apparently, the owner doesn't care about the store's reputation anymore, and is totally inaccessible when issues arise. I'm done with them.
