From the moment I entered, I was impressed with their professionalism. Fearful to the max of root canals (due to previous nightmares), Dr. Oltra and his staff helped me through the procedure without a hitch. Not only didn't I feel any pain during the procedure, when I left I experienced very little residual pain. The office is state of the art. The staff is caring and very competent and Dr. Oltra is truly a skilled dental surgeon and very nice human being.

The staff really go above and beyond, before I came in for my first appointment the woman at the front desk had already inquired about my insurance so she could tell me exactly what she expected that I would have to pay out of pocket. I liked that they really explained everything that was going to be happening throughout the procedure and answered all my questions!

Two of my teenagers have now seen Dr. Springmann and have been very happy. My son needed a filling and is tricky to anesthetize (odd nerve patterns he got from me). Despite needing an extra shot, he was very happy with Dr. Springmann, reporting nothing but care, patience, and professionalism. We are new to the area, and sometimes it's hard to find a dental provider that works for a family. I am very thankful that we found this practice first.

I found this office on Google at 4:30 PM in the evening. I called them and I told them what was happening. They asked me to come right over and the doctor stayed back and re-cemented my crown everybody there was so helpful and so kind. What a caring Office. If I lived in the area I would've been going there for my regular care but I called 5 offices before I called them, and no one was willing to see me last minute at that time. I recently had to go have my first root canal done. Root canals, by definition, are not fun. In…read morefact, I think "root canal" comes from the Latin, rootius canalius, meaning "dental torture session" or something to that effect. In the thesaurus, "root canal" is listed as an antonym for "fun". So I had low expectations for my comfort level going into this. To my surprise and relief, Dr. Bolger and his staff are quick, efficient, friendly, and cool about the whole process. They really did treat me well, starting with Dr. Bolger making sure he completely numbed my gums and jaw first. He was also really cool about explaining the whole process to me as he did it, because I took genuine interest in how root canals work (it's pretty cool, you should probably look it up). I had to pay out-of-pocket for this operation ($850), but it was definitely well worth it, if you have to have a root canal done.
