Both my husband and my mother have been under her care, and Dr. Chen made the entire process smooth and worry-free for our family. For my husband's root canal, everything went seamlessly, and we were especially impressed by her financial integrity. We received itemized receipts, and as soon as Dr. Chen received the insurance payment, she promptly issued us a full refund for the overage. When it came to my mom, Dr. Chen went above and beyond. She was incredibly patient and, to our wonderful surprise, spoke fluent Mandarin with my mom! He took the time to explain the process and make sure my questions were fully answered. All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful as well, they checked up on me to make sure I received the prescription for my pain medications. I was extremely nervous coming in because it's my first ever root canal treatment but Dr. Monzavi is great and I felt comfortable during the treatment. He checks on you throughout the treatment to make sure you are OK and that the procedure is painless, then after the treatment thoroughly reviews with you what has been done and what the next steps are. I had 2 appointments so far (due to the severity of the infection) and each of them took less than an hour which is way quicker than what I expected. They scheduled me another follow-up appointment to check on the healing progress. You can tell the people here care about their patients.
