They're hard to work with, hard to get hold of, and only have sporadic locations that are not easy to get to. They do not work well with other credit unions and they hold a deposit for up to 14 days before funds are available, even when you're an established member. I will never, ever, deal with them again. As soon as I can refinance my loan with another bank, I will close all accounts. I've already pulled my checking, which they are refusing to close, and will tell everyone to STAY away from them.

The service I constantly receive from this bank is bad or Timberland Bank just spoiled me. I use drive-thru a lot, so you would think that drive-thru means to be a little fast and convenient. At this bank, I have to fill out my withdrawal forms; whereas at Timberland Bank, I just have to sign my name and send in my driver's license. They fill in everything else for me. At Key Bank, I put my driver's license in the tube, and I receive a bank receipt of my deposit or withdrawal. So then I have to call and wait for the teller, and then ask for a balance receipt (and have to wait for that); whereas at Timberland Bank, they automatically send a balance receipt. Key Bank just is not as friendly and the tellers don't smile as much. They do what they have to do for the customers, but nothing else. They don't go that extra mile.

Companion is in WA state and the dealership picked a credit union in Oregon. If their IT people cannot make this work, will see if we can find my fella another loan source for his recent truck purchase. ps: my fella has no email, nor computer or printer. He's A 30 YR NAVY VET AND 84 YEARS OLD.

Horrible credit union in NW I wanted to buy another car so I…read morewent to Daytona Auto in Lynnwood to test drive the car but I found out that it had issues and the manager at the dealership didn't fix the issue when I went back to pick the car so I called that the bank manager to stop the transaction and she refused to cancel. Few months later, that same bank did more harmful thing. They hard pulled my credit as if I am financing a home which wasn't true so when I called that credit union, I was transferred again to the same manager and told told me that they have the right to pull my credit report whenever they like.
