I had 20 clothing items in hand and my little one and never once was offered a changing room. I know from being a VIP Maurice's member that once you have a few items they usually offer a room. Once I found my own changing room, and tried all the clothes on they were absolutely no where to be found when I was ready to make my purchase. I was excited to help a nice woman decide on cute shoes and an outfit from what she had in her changing room, but honestly that's exactly what the employees are here to do. They know their stock and trends so they should be able to show a customer how versatile it is and convince them of what a deal it is. I love the Maurice's quality and the pieces I have from the brand are timeless, but if it were based on today at this location I'd cancel my credit card with them and my VIP status. Thankfully I have better at home.

I was unsure how to choose clothing appropriate for a teenager who recently transitioned from wearing boys' clothes. As it happened, we entered the Eddie Bauer store in Lincoln City, and a staff member approached us to offer assistance. I explained that we weren't looking for a standard outlet experience--we needed help navigating a new wardrobe for our daughter, who had recently come out as transgender. My husband and I, as cis gendered gay men, had no prior experience with teenage girls' clothing. The employee, Robin, listened carefully and responded with professionalism and care. She introduced herself and offered support without judgment. She helped our daughter select clothes that aligned with her identity and expressed her pronouns. This interaction stood out compared to previous experiences at Eddie Bauer. The store's service, particularly Robin's approach, reflected a thoughtful and inclusive environment. It reinforced our sense of belonging in our Northwest community and our continued trust in the brand. Thank you, Robin Wedertz, for supporting our daughter in expressing her identity with confidence. Your presence made a meaningful difference in her day and in our family's experience. Eddie Bauer, thank you for cultivating such a supportive team.

This store really needs to train their employees on work-etiquette. I won't be back to this location.

Always looking forward to finding exactly what we were looking for @ deep discounts. Especially because we had "particular stores" we loved. Unfortunately since our last trip 2 or 3 years ago, the outlet has been a bit "gutted". Many of our favorite stores no longer exist. But as I said, we were on a "mission" of sorts, 1 being to find comfy shoes for my brother, that slipped on and off easily. Due to some physical challenges, it was imperative to find this type of shoe. After my "pre searching the stores", so he didn't have to do too much walking, I came upon "Famous Footwear". I, his sister was bound and determined to find us "good help" and walk out with a pair of shoes. By the grace and my perseverance, I met JAXON "A STAR" who was absolutely PHENOMENAL, best in the store. He knew his merchandise, pulled out all the stops for every possible option and treated my brother with the utmost kindness and respect. I truly can't thank him enough and extend a glowing review. Give him a raise or promote him. He is a top notch sales person, with a clear vision of what good/great customer service is all about. Jaxon went above and beyond to help us. Yes, we did walk out with one pair, hoped for 1 more, but happy w/the 1 my brother did find to his liking and fit.

Absolutely not. I alone own 4 Hoodies, two are from here. I'm not even going to try and guess how many my Wife has. I need to stop telling her to buy whatever she wants. Yes a $30.00 Hoodie makes her smile. Yes, I will continue to buy her things that make her happy. No, I don't care how many Hoodie's she really owns. Having said that. We really only buy clothing from here. I recently bought an Oregon Trail shirt. Quote,"Get in loser before we die of dysentery." Funny if you know. The other side of the store has lots of trinkets and such. Food as well. I've been eying these pickled items for a while now. Those Spicy Hard Boiled Eggs are most likely coming home with me next time. That Pickled Garlic is going to cause my Wife to have a reaction (twords my breath I'm sure.) The employees are the best. We discovered that if your size isn't on display, the employees will happily go look in the back stock. They want that sale and will work for it with a smile ta boot. If they don't have your size they feel bad they couldn't help you. The first time it happened, it was adorable. Months later and another employee, the lady was telling us about what they ordered and the time and day they're expecting their next delivery and how the driver has been delivering to them for a couple year's now and how reliable he is. I almost wanted to ask if the driver wanted to come over for Christmas. I felt like I was getting to know this drver I never met. That's how friendly they are here. One of the reasons we've been shopping here year after year. We'll sometimes be on our way to another town. Just driving through Depot Bay, Oregon with no thoughts of stopping for anything and then we're looking at Hoodies.
