We had flooring installed in March of 2023. The flooring was defective and Mohawk agreed to…read morereplace. We have been unsuccessful in getting timely responses from Bruce at Skeltons to get the flooring replaced. Each call is met with excuses and a promise from Bruce to follow up, which never happens. They know how to sell flooring, but customer service is terrible.

I had the old carpet pulled for them so it should have even taken less time. For the lousy service I was given a box of chocolates and a thank you card. It was supposed to make up for the service as well as stolen carpet. I had measurments for my carpet and we did not end up doing a hall way. Meaning I had extra carpet. I had trusted I could leave my house for a short time and had a minimum of 30 feet of carpet STOLEN! I was called a liar and was treated horribly.
