She is very thorough & always goes the extra mile. Her calm & friendly demeanor & bedside manner makes her patients & caregivers feel confident. She listens well & answers every question with empathy. Recently my wife was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that affected her vision. DrK scheduled our appointment earlier than her office opened & coordinated appointments with 4 specialists that same day. Additionally, she ordered MRIs that same day to insure my wife?s symptoms weren?t caused by the AI disease. A cerebral aneurysm was discovered due to Dr. K?s diligence with the MRI. She directed us to a very skilled neurosurgeon who performed an angiogram & subsequent craniotomy to resolve the life threatening aneurysm. Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude front desk staff. No place that employs people like this is…read moreworth anything. One of the front desk women made a comment about how I wouldn't be charged for something to do with my visit and then a separate woman said I would be so I questioned it, and then the first woman made a comment how I was excited for "free stuff." The same front desk woman who made the rude comments marked something on my chart that the doctor did NOT (I watched her mark it) and then they proceeded to tell me the doctor marked it. I believe I was overcharged. Then a different woman refused to give me a print out of specifically what was charged and why. My mother happened to be overcharged during one of her visits here and this was proven by way of her insurance and apparently they are still dragging their feet on paying her back the money they stole. I see some hostile and combative responses that this place gives to negative reviews throughout the internet. Again, a clear sign that this is a poor quality establishment that isn't capable of improving major issues within. Then I waited for almost 5 hours. With the unprofessional and inept front desk staff and the overcharging, my family is done coming to this place and I would suggest others go elsewhere for medical care.

I was apologetic when I arrived to check in. The receptionist informed me that I had missed my time slot, and they would need to reschedule. I explained that work had kept me a little late which caused my tardiness. I also shared that because of work it was hard to get a appointments. I asked if they could find some way to squeeze me in. The redemptions was not helpful. She said no. I reminded her that I had been coming there for years and in that time the doctor had never been on time to our appointments. He regularly makes me wait. My time is as valuable as his. So if I can be maid to wait 20 minutes every visit surely there was some credit. Nope. No chance. I drove to the nearest urgent care clinic.
