Ok, not the cheapest site in the world, but a wonderful place for a holiday. Perched on the edge of a cliff with a fantastic beach directly below you there is something for everyone here, from the sand for castle building for the tiniest tots to the spontaneous cricket matches most afternoons for all ages and the beach barbeques that go down pretty well every evening for the teens, the fishing rocks, walks, great food, brilliant surf, not to mention coasteering, fishing trips, boat trips, diving .... I could go on. If you are an active family and love to be outdoors this is the place for you. Whilst the site may seem basic on one level, the shop is really well stocked, the showers and loos are really clean and well maintained, every one of the staff could not be more helpful. If you have a beach this close you don't need a pool believe me, and with scenery like this to send you to sleep at night along with the sound of the surf building for the next day it doesn't get much better. It may seem pricey by some campsite standards but we think it is worth it. read more
