For my shaved ice fix, I will go to Pelican's SnoBalls, they're not skimpy with their syrup in their shaved ice.

I've been to this location 3 times this summer and every time I'm greeted with a smile! Pro tip: check their Facebook for hours. It can change daily based on if they have events booked or run out of supplies. They are good about keeping their hours updated daily.
