I paid him 70% of the total owing for the renovations on my townhouse. He hadn't even completed 50% of the work before he was demanding the final payment. When I refused he walked off the job with not one room or project complete and most of my money. He was also 3 weeks behind with no end in sight. He definitely cannot be trusted. I will be charging him with fraud as well as taking him to small claims court.
