Pelican Beach Park has it all....Bathrooms play area, trash cans, showers, parking lot, beach front and sand volleyball. There are six pavilions with grills that you can rent for family or social activities. Each pavilion is a different size with the smallest holding 12 people and the largest holding up to 70. The playground is located across from the Sea Grape pavilion. The volleyball area is ope to everyone during the week but are reserved with the pavilions over the weekend. The beach is beautiful and nicely maintained.

Very clean and not overcrowded beach park. I saw two lifeguards on duty while walking to the beach. The bathrooms were clean and so was the parking lot. Compared to the other parks closer to Hwy. 192 they a lot cleaner, quieter and more available parking. The park doesn't have the food trucks or vendors like the bigger beach parks have but you can bring own food and drinks. Its just like an old fashioned picnic on the beach. Their was a small playground for very young children to play on that looks nice. Several of the covered areas with cook stations and picnic tables are available. Next time you're in the Melbourne Florida check out the Pelican Beach Park. Enjoy!!! Live Life Today, Travel USA!!! #TimSamsTravelUSA

Beautiful and natural! Enjoyed a few hours here later in the afternoon. Was not crowded at the time, but I suspect peak beach hours are crowded. Nice restrooms for changing and an outside shower at the end of the beach ramp/parking area. No dogs allowed except for service animals. Quiet and lovely beach. There were some sharp rocks in the shallow water on the way into the ocean. Be mindful of these. I couldn't see them but I felt them. Very nice beach trip and would come here again!

Another beautiful, clean beach. This one has a restroom area, a bank of picnic tables, ample parking, and feels very safe.

Great low key beach. Restrooms were clean and the parking lot is fairly big. I saw a lot of surfers at the beach so I'm assuming the surfing here is pretty good. Great neighborhood with some nice food options nearby. Clean, safe and not crowded when I've been here. I did some surf fishing and although my catches were small, I still had a great time. Oh, and please be careful because there are some seriously large rocks at certain points and I managed to give my toe a nice little slice. At low tide you can see where the large rocks are.

We ventured to Pelican Beach Park in Satelite Beach to enjoy a view of the Atlantic Ocean, let the kids play at the park, and eat a picnic on the beach the day after Christmas just because we could... In addition to the mostly enclosed play area with new play structures with padding, Pelican Beach Park has beautiful views, access to Pelican Beach, reservable pavilions (named Beach Vista and Star Fish), restrooms, showers for beach goers, and lots parking. The view of endless beach and surfers really did make me realize what a treat it is to celebrate Christmas in Florida.

We visited today after 3:00, which means the tide was high. Pros: Quiet, free of trash, family-friendly, not crowded, decent restrooms, showers, a playground, several picnic tables, close parking, FREE, and an all-around pleasant experience. Cons: Lots of seaweed and shells, both on the shore and in the water. All in all, a great beach experience!

Reserve a pavilion and have a party! Don't forget the charcoal and a volleyball. Plenty for kids to do too.

This beach is accessible & near to eateries, a CVS & small beach shops in case you forgot something, it comes in handy, since we forgot to get water. There is a small parking lot that can fill quickly if you don't arrive early enough. There is a clean bathroom. There is also a gazebo area with picnic tables and a grill. The sand is clean. The water blue and wonderful. We loved that it was not packed & that everyone was being cognizant of keeping their distance. We had an AMAZING time. We sunbathed for hours, listened to music, took in the view, the sun and slight breeze, undisturbed. Before we left, we planned our next visit. Great way to spend my mother's day.

While visiting Florida I just wanted to go spend a few minutes looking at the ocean and smell the air. This beach access is free and there is bathrooms too which makes it nice if you need to change for the beach. A nice boardwalk up to a deck area with a couple of picnic tables if you wanted to come eat and enjoy the beach view. It's under cover too which made it nice for my Mom who can't be in the sun long. This is a nice spot if your looking to sit off the beach. The only down fall was a "bum" sleeping on one of the picnic tables. That made it a bit uncomfortable while sitting there. A great spot for photos. I would for sure go back and get my ocean fix here. Plenty of parking.
