Really rude to people in line before me & very expensive. Absolutely could not have had a easier transition at Realo Pharmacy in Cape Carteret. Which often times my copay is Zero!!! Unfortunately there is no way to split up this review. Employees in the different departments are awesome, helpful, & nice! Love the beauty & photo department. Even the people who help in the medicine section, just not the pharmacy. Super nice employees that check you out at the front too. I very rarely fill scripts here, only if realo is closed. Recently, I had to have a script called in to Walgreens & went thru the drive thru and the window was out of order. Good luck & hope others have a better experience here.

I needed gas, no problem with using my credit card at the pump and filling up. Inside restroom was clean and modern with baby changing station in the ladies room. The fountain drinks were all .79 and crushed ice--my favorite is available along with a wide variety of drinks: soda, icees, coffees both hot and cold, beer, wine, juice, milk, sports drinks, etc. Hot foods, cold sandwiches, and plenty of snack foods are available. Candy is always on sale.

Even so, it's primarily a pharmacy and not a store. But as a CVS pharmacy it has all the benefits of the chain. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I transferred a prescription here while traveling and as with every other CVS I've done this with, they filled it quickly and without any issues. Happy they are in Swansboro!

I asked for cigarettes, then she told me my "total" was only $5. I then ask a second time for cigarettes and she reacted with a "oh ya".... While I was checking out, she continued her conversation very loudly with the person in the back. She was not great.
