She's empathetic and up front. The clinic covers almost everything and it is SO nice to have one place to go instead of having multiple providers. I love that they are supporters of the LGBTQ+ community and emphasize mental health. It's just an incredible place. I feel so fortunate that I have finally find a provider (and office) that aligns with what I need in a provider. Getting in as a new patient was relatively easy and quick as well, which is a huge bonus. I'm genuinely shocked that the reviews are so bad. Melisa is a great physician!
