Had an excellent time at this location in Brentwood. Our server, Augustus, was personable and patient. He took his time with us as we asked about substitutions (we have some allergies) and menu suggestions. He served us our meal with the same kindness he showed at the register. The potstickers were excellent, especially the firecracker chicken. The portions were large. Next time we are in Brentwood, we will definitely stop by for lunch. read more

Great food. My family's meal came out in minutes. The staff was prompt with their service and care, making sure we had everything we needed. This location is nicely managed and well run. read more

Great experience at Pei Wei! I had the chicken wraps, and they were delicious. The customer service was excellent--friendly, fast, and welcoming. I'll definitely be back! read more

Had high hopes-really liked the ones we went to in California, but this one was terrible. The beef on the Mongolian beef was undercooked, my firecracker shrimp was basically deep fried Dino nuggets drenched with a spicy slime. The sauce was so deep in the bowl, the rice became more like soup. The potstickers were just slimy. 40 dollar lunch. We didn't even get drinks. On the bright side the ladies taking orders were very sweet. I guess they need to be with food this bad. Not Pei Wei. Should be called No Wei. read more

101 Creekside Crossing Suite 1800 Brentwood, TN 37027. After going to Pei Wei for years, The manager at the 101 Creekside Crossing Suite 1800 Brentwood, TN 37027 store showed me why I will never go again, at least not to that store.... After waiting for 30-40 minutes the manager brought out main dishes. After another 20 minutes I politely asked him to check on the apps, there were only 2. another 20 minutes of watching them send food to people who came in way after us I asked again. at the 1hour 40 minute mark I asked the manager to take them off my bill and that we no longer wanted them. We finished our dinner 20 minutes before. He said no and they were coming right out. The crab wontons came out. I asked about the Steak spring rolls and was told they were almost done. The manager Yelled to the cook who raise the fryer and shook his head no. There was nothing in the fryer. The manager continued to lie to me and tell me that they were coming right up and they were in the fryer already... If I'm getting lied to by a manager, I'm done. I would never waste another dime as long as that very poor manager is in charge. I pity the people who own that store. Bad managers can cost you a lot more than an appetizer.... Won't be there much longer, longtime loyal customer, hate to see that they have no business at dinner. After opening my to go order understand why, the Dan Dan noodles were missing ingredients, edible but bland and not close to past 10 years orders. read more

I wanted to give the new Management team props to making changes in this location. I've came in before and staff was rude and the manager that once was available was also not to kind. I came in last week with my family and now the young manager lady I believe her name was Jessica, that is always running around, knows my families order by heart, I love that. Amazing food!!! Get the honey seared chicken it is to die for. The service is fabulous and the people are very nice!

Fantastic menu good prices high quality ingredients. Very convenient and quick. Clean and efficient, recommended

Pei Wei Green Hills knocking it out of the ballpark! My last two orders the best ever prepared for me there. Been a fan since 2007. GM Tavi & Team have come together to provide excellence. Food was mid, we got the firecracker chicken and sesame chicken. Just chicken and rice, not a ton of flavor. There was literally one girl who was taking orders, packing to go orders, running food, and bussing tables. She wasn't very happy (understandably). There is never anyone in this restaurant, so we wanted to give it a try but we were hoping for more. Our food came out quick and hot, and the restaurant was clean and well stocked. read more

Worst meal I think I have ever had. The chicken was all fat, the dish was swimming in sauce, and the rice was either old or uncooked (still crunchy). Literally at 4 bites and am out the door. I guess that's why no one is here. read more

This visit was a little bit of a bummer. Did the curbside check in and after waiting for 15 minutes decided to just go in and get my food. I ordered the Mongolian beef and many pieces of beef were too fatty to eat, which is out of the norm. However my son ordered the chicken fried rice and said it was good and he received a huge portion, so that was nice. read more

Cooks have been there since day 1 and really know what they're doing. Food is always on point. Friendly people always willing to help.

How the mighty fall. 3+ years ago I ate here once a week and had been for years. Never a bad experience A few weeks ago we popped in and it was empty. Struck me as weird, as lines used to be long and tables hard to get. The food was just average. I thought - off day. I am sitting here now, having received an order that had a mistake. I called the person's attention and he just looked at me across the dining room. I stated the error and he just looked at me. So I fixed it the best I could myself. Again, food is average to below average. The will be my last visit to this location. Based on 2 tables of guests, including me - I'm not the first to make this decision. :( read more

I have been a customer for many years. This last experience from this past Thursday and today is Saturday I have to share. I ordered the new Firecracker Shrimp with fried rice. I paid extra money for that fried rice too. I ate it on Thursday, I woke up Friday morning with diarrhea. Friday night I was nauseated & I ended up throwing up fried rice. This was my first time trying the shrimp. I also had a chicken egg roll that I was very disappointed after tasting. I am understanding why restaurants are closing. The quality of the food evidently has gone down. I am thinking maybe the shrimp & rice were old. Definitely didn't agree with me. read more

It's good but not great. I like the noodles a bunch. I ordered the firecracker chicken with noodles. The chicken was supposed to be spicy but was not spicy, at-least in my opinion. My family also got some Honey siracha wings and it was not very flavorful and was too sweet. Service was really good, the man at the counter was very welcoming and accommodating! Ambiance was okay, it was nice enough. Overall, yes I recommend it but if you're looking for a great place, then I would pick another place. read more

It's a good spot to check out in a pinch. They have a decent menu and they'll customize menu items cooked to order. The service was great and I like to support them so that this place continues to be around. The orange tea is my favorite. read more

HAIR IN FOOD!! Today I went inside where not a single employee was in sight or came to greet me after waiting several minutes. I then went to my car to call the store, where a girl, Kellie, answered and confirmed they were open, and when I asked why the storefront was empty, she said."we have better things to do than wait around". I got my take out, tipped and left paying cash. I found two long hairs in my food once home. When I went in person to collect my refund, she did not give me my full money back so I reminded her that I left my change and did in fact want all of it back. She dropped a pile of coins in my hand (still the incorrect amount) and had nothing to say about the hair in my food and no apology for any of these inconveniences. Food was as disgusting as the staff. This is my first time ever leaving a review on Yelp if that says anything about the experience. read more

We've been going to this location for years. Since the pandemic, we've been ordering to go and curbside and no issues. Saturday night I placed an order at 7:42pm, it was scheduled to be ready by 7:54. I worked as a server for 5 years, I know about late orders. You tell the customer the kitchen is closed if the customer shows up once the kitchen is being cleaned. But this didn't happen. My order went through and I got the email confirmation that it was being made. My wife drove to pick up our order. When we walked in, the front door was open, but all the staff were gone except for one employee. When we told her we had placed an order, she went to the ticket printer, tore off our ticket (it had been 15 min after placing our order) she ripped up the ticket, told my wife the kitchen staff had left. And then she said that we would get a refund and that we could order food the next day. About an hour later I got an email from the general manager that our order was refunded because another customer took our food. I replied that the food had not been taken but rather that their staff left early. I get it, if it's a slow night, left the staff go. But shut down your online ordering ability and if you have an employee staying, train them to contact the customer to let them know you can't make their order before they're standing in your restaurant. I've emailed corporate with no response. They just lost a long time customer. read more

This place is delicious! I get their yum yum shrimp, Mongolian green beans, and firecracker chicken all the time!

This location is notoriously awful. For some reason, we keep coming back to "give them another chance," but I think we've finally learned our lesson. They never get to-go orders right. You have to double-check what they give you and each every time. The staff is rude. We're currently waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready 40 minutes ago. Best to avoid this place. read more

I love this place. It's a cheaper version of some of P. F Chang's menu items. It does taste slightly different but not too much. Price is average and you get really good portions. They have soft drinks, beer and tea. They offer slices of lime and oranges to add to your drink if you like it. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They have inside and outside sitting. read more

Every time I come here it is dirtier and less organized. Every time I arrive it takes a long time for someone to acknowledge my presence. The teens "running the place" have no clue about customer service. The tables are sticky, the bathrooms make me want to wait until I get home. It has been 20 minutes and our meal is still not here. A party of 6 just left saying it would be an hour wait. What is going on??? I was just about to post this, and a gentleman came up to me and said that the manager told him they had a to go order that came before everybody else who had ordered and sat down in the dining room... That it would be approximately an hour before we could get our orders. I approached the manager and asked for a refund, received it with no apology... With attitude. As my daughter and I walked out the door one of the smarmy young workers Cattily called out "good bye" We will NOT be back. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews...I really do. But when my experience somewhere is horrible 4/5 times, I make an exception. They have never gotten my to-go order right...ever. And each time, I would forget to check, only to get home and be disappointed/mad that I didn't have all of the food I paid for. Not today! I remembered to check and make sure everything was in the bag. And it was. So I headed home. Where do I start? I ordered extra protein and veggies with both entrees. Received neither. We are already at 8 bucks worth of food that I didn't receive. Cool. My boyfriend loves egg rolls. He's also 6'5, so the man can eat. I ordered 12. Only 3 were "edible." They were a soggy greasy mess. I tried to sop up most of the grease before I took a picture, and they still look greasy and disgusting. It's probably important to note that the 3 "edible" pieces were barely edible. Grease drained into your mouth with each bite. But at least they were semi-crispy so you could actually pick them up (hence "edible"). So let's add another 16 bucks worth of food that I didn't get or couldn't eat. I would not suggest going to this establishment. Their workers don't care, which suggest that neither does management. If you really want Pei-Wei, go to Green Hills In summary: *They will NOT get your to-go order right. They won't. Ever. So order at your own risk or make sure to check each box/container. I once just counted the boxes only to get home and find out one box was full of condiments *They don't care what they serve you. They served me 16 bucks worth of mush in a box with a smile on their face. No thank you *Go to Green Hills read more
