Apparently they raised one section by my back door, just so I could lock it again with the deadbolt. They were at my house about 30 minutes and gone. That should have been my clue as to the level of work I was receiving. My walls were cracking from the front to the back of my house and they didn't lift anywhere except by the back door which again was having issues locking. After 2 weeks, the door would not lock again and I have not been able to get Nathan to answer his phone. I started calling him again on August 20,2021 and I have left many messages for him to call me to correct the issue and even sent him a letter requesting a call to set a return visit and still no response from him. Nathan left me with a paid statement that said I was satisfied (and I was kinda satisfied), but he doesn't even have his company name on the invoice. Apparently he knew what he was planning on NOT doing when he left my house. I should have known better than to pay him when his leveling didn't begin to bring any of the cracks in the walls closer together. I am elderly and he knows I can't get up under my house to try and raise it again, besides, that's what I paid him to do. It's a shame we have companies such as his they seem to prey on the elderly. I'm not saying to not use his company, just that you better pay more attention to what he and his crew are doing and definitely don't pay him until you are completely satisfied. I left Nathan many messages hoping to avoid a negative review online, but since it has been so long and not any kind of contact from him, I guess this is what he wanted. At the very least, he should have contacted me and try to work out something. No, I'm not happy with Nathan and I "DO NOT" recommend him nor his company.
