Where do I even start with this airline. Everything about it was miserable. And I mean EVERYTHING. For starters, no one welcomed us on the plane or off for that matter. Second, when sitting down, your knees hit the seat in front of you. And I'm 5' 5". There are no pockets in the seat in front and the tray table is tiny, doesn't even pull out, so are the overhead bins. I saw trash all around me and gum on several seats so the plane was clearly not cleaned. Or at least not well. On a 5 hour flight we got no drinks or food. Everything costs money. Even a small water bottle. It was ridiculous. And when asking to use the restroom the flight attendants made us wait until they were done eating in the front. What? The flight attendants never even walked down the aisles or anything. Not to mention how they charge you for entertainment. The safety instructions were non existent, so as the overhead bin check. And when taking off and landing...no announcements. Occasionally the mic would turn on to make loud noises. No actual talking though. Bumpy and sketchy landing and takeoff. The landing took one hour because the pilot got lost and mistook islands for city. He went up and down and up and down. Real promising. The one interaction with the flight attendants was short and rude. The seats were disgusting and stained. If I could give it a 0 I would. Oh and make sure to have a charged up phone even though there is no entertainment because no power outlets. The seats are not only small but not comfy either. Back is in so much pain. Not cushiony yet hard. Moist towelettes were handed out to 1/2 of the people and they were dry! Worst flight of my life. (Not to mention no reclining seats) EDIT: we took a second flight, equally as bad, took longer to takeoff than fly. speaking of which, there were flies in the airplane. they also lost our luggage and blamed us!

I needed assistance and decided to call this business at 18556576600 The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally. read more

I picked Pegasus over Turkish airlines due to location in Asian side of the city. However, ground services are not well organized. They advertised as budget airlines which I found absurd because I ended up paying more. Flight crew didn't seem like so happy either. read more

Decent Airline experience. My round trip to Antalya and back was good. Very rough, almost scary landing but hey thats just the pilot i suppose. The only thing that was a bit off was that there is no complimentary water or anything for that matter. I do think a quick and easy complimentary beverage service could benefit most all of their customers experience..I was parched on the 1.15 hour flight without water or a card to purchase. read more

Dear god! I'd sooner fly on a broken umbrella than take a life-threatening, bumpy and depressing journey on Pegasus Airlines. I took a one-way red-eye flight from Muscat, Oman to Istanbul, Turkey. With a name like Pegasus, you think it would be a pretty magical experience. The only thing magical is the fact that I survived the flight. That pilot couldn't fly a plane around his countryside neighborhood even if he wanted to. Not to mention, you have to pay for water? Where do you people get off????? What a disgrace! Good day. read more
This airline is like Turkey's version of Southwest Airlines. No frills, cheap fares. I flew with Pegasus from Beirut to Istanbul, and Istanbul to Tel Aviv. If you're looking for a deal on getting around the Middle East or Eastern Europe, this airline is the answer. No frills means no freebies. Want seat preference? That'll cost you. Want a drink? Be prepared to shill out some Lira. Meals? Sure! Dinars, please! Fortunately, they accept cash. They put ads all over the interior of the planes on this airline. I always like how they advertise for themselves. If we're on the flight, we've already drank the kool-aid. I'd fly these guys again, since most of the flights are cheap, the staff seems competent, and the flight seemed safe. We arrived on time. They didn't lose my luggage. Overall, I'm a fan. read more
This is the first and last time flying with this airline. I actually hope it goes out of business with the horrid lack of customer service. Where do I start could it be the lazy dbag in Madrid who refused to check my bags in even though I was an hour early and no it wasn't my fault it was the fact no one was there for that hour and then when the guy rudely rolled up he was like nope closed you missed your flight. I called b.s. bc my flight wasn't even departing for another 2hrs So I had to schlep my unintended checked baggage through security let me tell you TSA is a frigging joy compared to these jokers. The old guy starts doing a tutt tutt sound as I'm trying to not lose my shit...ya no duh capt obvious I didn't anticipate this airline lacking basic concepts such as checking in paying customers luggage for their flights then he proceeds to ask if he can destroy my shit and I'm like doesn't look like I have any options huh so go ahead genius! Next was the fun situation at the gate guy with the sunglasses you literally were the only reason for the 1 star. He actually took the time to ask what happened apologized bc apparently snarky dip is known to not did his job and then helped tag my bags in problemo though was not a transfer sticker for the brain trust in Istanbul. On the flight it's like spirit bc the seats have no way to recline. I was unfortunately in a flight with practically all sick ppl and a twitchy, nose picker. The food was ok for the price although wtf why offer food to ppl less than 30 mins before landing. Istanbul was horrific, first was the oh btw nope you have to go downstairs get your supposedly checked baggage, pay for a Turkish visa, and a whole load of b.s. that could've been avoided if I wouldn't have had a connecting flight?!? Really you should've just said we don't give 2 f#$ks and never fly with us ever again. So mind you this is after 1hr of acrimony being sent to Timbuktu bc apparently competent employees is not this airlines strong suit, and even the security and visa ppl trying to help me understand the moronic point the airline was making wasn't a point but just an admission of their shitty incompetence. Fast forward now a day later. Thank you IGG (don't know for sure if that was the actual name just look for international lounge) for providing food, Wi-Fi, plugs to b charge my devices and overall awesome service. 3 times I went to the F*ing Pegasus desk and no one was there last night there was a phantom representative with no Pegasus airlines anything who lied and said he'd help and disappeared. Next day went again no one but Casper the ghost aka no representative a f*king gain, so now I'm at the gate should be super simple this time I'm not messing around, have both digital and paper boarding passes. read more

I have to complain about the service by the flight attendants on one of your flights from Budapest to Istanbul. I was on the flight with my mom on sept 11th. I wanted to buy a bottle water on the plane. I handed them my American issued credit card, debit card, my moms Hungarian debit card and even offered cash euro to buy the water. They couldn't process any of our cards or take 5euro bill. They looked at it and said they can't take it.. every price in your in flight magazine was in euro and it's unacceptable not to be able purchase a bottle water in a flight... not being able to take 3 different cards then cash is absolutely unacceptable on a Flight where the ticket doesn't include food or drinks... we ended up getting 1 little cup of water for 2 of us and when we asked for another one for my mom the flight attendant had an attitude and we never actually received any water after that 1 cup..... read more

Absolute worst airline I ever flew in !! I paid for a seat and when I checked in my seat was given to someone else! How does this happen ? The crew on the plane passed by me when giving out drinks and didn't ask me anything because the people next to me were sleep. But they looked straight at me ! Horrible service !! I will never fly with them again, and I will make sure everyone in my friends and family also knows. I will also address this in a newspaper for European travelers ! Absurd ! read more

I flew from Istanbul to Albania on Pegasus. The airline is not following any of the CDC guidelines for Covid. Passengers were unmasked, some with no mask while other wore a chin mask. I asked the stewardess to please have the passengers wear their mask and her replied was " We made an announcement, but we cannot force people to wear it and if you feel unsafe you can disembark". This was not only rude for someone who is following the rules but it's also against the law. International flights are required to follow the law, with wearing a mask and social distance. Me and my friend had the worst possible experience with Pegasus and Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) staff; on June 29th 2018 we were going from Bodrum to Tehran and had a few hours stop in Istanbul. As we were waiting at the gate some Pegasus staff showed up and shouted there would be one hour delay, we knew Pegasus didn't offer meal during the flight so we decided to go to the next snack bar and eat something before boarding. We returned to the gate half an hour later and surprisingly found they had already closed the gate and didn't allow us to get on the plane although the boarding bridge was still in place and we could see staff getting in and out of the plane which took off 20 minutes later. - There was absolutely no announcements about the time changes or last calls on the Airport speakers - During our exhausting 8 hour stay at Sabiha Gokcen Airport we just struggled to find and communicate to someone who could help or give us some information. Most of the staff, including Pegasus supervisor and Pegasus manager couldn't or didn't want to speak English properly, we didn't speak Turkish so it was really hard to communicate - Most of the staff, including Pegasus supervisor and Pegasus manager weren't helpful, all they had to say repeatedly was we should pay and buy new tickets for their next day flight - We had to wait from 12:00am to 3:00am before getting the chance to speak to a Pegasus supervisor, an sleepy arrogant young woman who didn't have the slightest idea what customer appreciation means - The plane had took our luggage to Tehran, so they literally left us, two transit passengers, without our personal belongings in the middle of the night in a city we didn't have a place to stay - There were at least 2 other Pegasus passengers who had missed their flights almost at the same time I know stories from people who had missed their Air Canada, Lufthansa, Iran Air flights; although they were responsible for being late, every single one received free tickets for the next flight from the airline at the end. Luckily, I could find a Turkish Airline flight from Istanbul Atatürk Airport (IST) to Tehran the next morning and decided to never again fly with Pegasus or any other cheap no-name airlines; few years ago I had another bad experience with EasyJet, another cheap airline, when they charged me 400 Euros for "excessive" luggage while the ticket was only 70 Euros. It really worths to pay slightly more for your ticket and get it from a solid well-known airline which understands the value of their customers and don't trap you with their tricks and hidden costs. read more

I tried to book a flight with Pegasus Airlines and got various error messages including "Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR", which was nothing to do with my payment card as it eventually worked using the same card. However, when I was finally able to book the price had gone up so I contacted customer services and was simply fobbed off by stating its to do with my bank so if that's the case why does it say "system error" not "payment error" and why say to contact "CSR" and not my bank if it's an issue with my card??? I won't be flying with these con merchants in future knowing how poor their customer service is and they couldn't care less. read more

worst experience of my life. i was flying out of Turkey to Dubai. My group was probably the only americans in the flight so they decided to take advantage of us given that we dont speak the language and that we are not from that part of the world. i ended up paying $108us dollars FOR MY CARRY ON. they have no respect for their passengers and all they want to do is take more money from you. besides that the plane space is super small like you have no space at all for your feet and if the person in front of you puts their seat back, you have zero space. never traveling on this airline, and i do not recommend it to anyone. read more

This is by far the worst airline imaginable! Not only did they strand my elderly in laws in Istanbul, they had the nerve to scream at me over the phone when I called to complain. The reason they didn't allow them on the plain was because their check in desk was so slow, that they missed the cut off for their gate. This was entirely their fault, but they just kept yelling at me that it was ours. Absolutely revolting capitalist greed! read more

Poor customer service, rude employees especially at boarding. Little to no presence of English or foreign languages speaking employees, usually not friendly and not willing to help. Aircrafts are average at best. Overcharged us for handbags without weighing them. Mix that with Sabiha Gökçen Airport in İstanbul and you'll have the ultimate disaster. read more

Be careful when using this airlines. Their systems are commercially predatory and very deceptive. I have examples but a most predatory trick they used on me was corning me into a double payment for extra baggage. I traveled to Europe with one bag and purchased items where I required an extra bag on the return. I fully expected to pay extra baggage fees for my flight home. Pegasus doubled charged me for the extra baggage. After my dispute with their staff, they forced payment onto my CC by stating I had two legs on my return flight, therefore I must pay extra baggage on each flight/leg. Bad, I have informed all my colleagues of Pegasus deceptions. read more

I have been flying since 1982 for both leisure and business trips.I have flown in various cabins including private jets. In all my time flying I have never experienced such an appalling catalogue of events as I did with Pegasus Airlines aka flypgs.com. BA cancelled my flight to Sharm el Sheikh and I had to book Pegasus Airlines for a lot of money for a no frills product. At Baggage Drop Off at LGW, despite my having a boarding pass I was unable to be processed. After two hours I was finally entered onto the flight manifest by Pegasus. At that time I was also advised that my return flight would not land at LGW but at Stansted Airport. There was only availability for a flight returning to LGW five days earlier as I had parked my car at LGW and there were no flights available after my return date. So upon my return, after a night of very little sleep I had to take public transport from Stansted to Gatwick to collect my car and drive home. As Pegasus Airlines is a Turkish airline and not a European airline they do treat customers with little respect. The telephone manner of the airline assistants is of a very poor standard indeed. I cannot recommend Pegasus Airlines at all and I will NEVER fly with them ever again.By the way, I did not receive any advance email advise for the change of circumstances or an apology. read more

I URGE you to think very carefully before booking a flight with Pegasus Airlines even the CEO ignores your complaint! My wife and I flew from Northern Cyprus, we took off on a 1hr 15min flight to Istanbul, 30 minutes in the captain informed us of fog at Istanbul and he hoped it would clear by the time we got there. Well I kinda hoped that the captain had checked before he took off that he would be able to land. Apparently not! As you guessed, we were unable to land at Istanbul so we were diverted to Ankara 350km in the opposite direction. After zero information and sitting in the plane on the stand at Ankara for 1hr 45mins we took off for Istanbul again this time the airport was open, he'd even checked! Of course on arrival at Istanbul it transpired, not unsurprisingly that we had missed the connection flight to London Stansted. I can only describe what came next as pure chaos. First we were getting the next flight then we weren't. But actually we were going to a hotel because there was no room on the next flight. After 2 hours of queuing, pushing, shoving and a lot of raised blood pressures we eventually got a voucher for a hotel and told (only by some very helpful English Turkish speaking Cypriots we would be catching the 11.10am flight the next morning. Information, guidance and help from the Pegasus staff was non existent, they are mostly rude, most can't speak English and if you ask any of them who can they will plead ignorance. Of course we now needed a visa to enter Turkey (not a requirement for Northern Cyprus) £25 each 'on the door' x 2 £50 out of pocket, 1 days work lost x 2, plus incidental costs as well. We had no luggage so had to buy a change of clothes each and some toiletries. I estimate Pegasus incompetence to have cost me upwards of £500 in total. On arriving at the hotel it became evident that the bus driver had gone to the wrong hotel 30 mins in the opposite direction to the one we were booked into. Having caught the transfer from our holiday hotel at 3am we finally arrived at the correct hotel in Istanbul (1hr 15 min flight time away remember) at 4.30pm! On arrival back at the airport the next morning we were told after queuing up for over 1hr again by our English, Turkish speaking Cypriots (by this time friends), that the flight we had been re-booked on was full. The next flight was at 20.50 the same evening so we went back to the hotel! We wasted 36hrs with no apology, no empathy, no attempt to organise a replacement flight with another airline, no nothing! We should have arrived back at London Stansted at 11am Sunday, finally got back at 11.15pm Monday. I wrote an email of complaint to the CEO of Pegasus Airlines Mehmet Nane, I advise you not to waste your time. He, or I guess his office passed it to the customer service department who as I had already found out are not fit for purpose they offered a weak apology and 3000 reward points, asking me to get in touch so they could open me a reward points account, yes seriously. So I wrote again to the CEO suggesting he may like to re-consider his companies reply before I left feedback on my experience. This time he ignored me. In summary, this is complete shambles of a company, they have scant regard for their customers and they treat you like animals taking no responsibility for their incompetence or mistakes. Their customer service is the worst ever and reflects their general attitude to their customers. Never ever again would I contemplate travelling with them and I will actively advise anyone else thinking of doing so. NOT TO! read more

DONT TRAVEL WITH PEGASUS!!! This is the worst Airline you can ever find yourself on! They delayed my flight from Lefkoşa to İstanbul and upon arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport those headed to Dubai and London were told to stand in one corner and told that our flights would be the following day at the same time. We were then told that we needed to pay for a visa to be enabled to leave the airport and be checked into a hotel. I have to point out at this point that the Pegasus staff is the worst in the world, rude unprofessional unapologetic and don't care about passengers at All! Being a person of African decent I know how racist the Turkish can be and they did it, they never disappoint when it comes to racist antics. The British were told to pay for their visas with cash I was singled out and told to pay via credit card of which I couldn't but had cash on me, which they declined. I sat alone for over 2 hours and then I asked one Pegasus rep what was happening and he walked away to attend to white guests, I asked him if I didn't matter and he just smirked and continued what he was doing. Then one idiot who thinks he has made it in life simply because he works at the airport came and told me that I was going to sleep at the airport. I asked him why and he said "because you cant pay for visa and it's not our fault and you have to stick to rules and regulations"... One guest who needed to get to his destination before he had visa complications out of frustration said he will never fly with Pegasus and the same idiot said hopefully never, we don't care! I slept at the airport, cold and with funny smelling sandwiches which they called food. Don't travel with Pegasus, if you love yourself and your loved ones! read more

After booking a flight for 2 passengers I realised that I had input a surname incorrectly. After searching the Pegasus website trying to find how to raise this to them I completed an online form within 24 hours of booking advising them of my mistake and asked for their assistance, I received an automated reply from Guest Relations providing me with a reference number and advising that they would respond as soon as possible. To try and rectify the issue quickly I also tried to find a telephone number for Guest Relations at Pegasus airlines, which was not easy to find on their website! I spoke to several departments who advised they were unable to provide a telephone number for Guest Relations. When I finally got through to Guest Relations I was advised that they had all gone home for the day and to try again tomorrow! I rang the Guest Relations team the following morning and after a 20 minute phone call I was told the only option was to cancel the whole booking (2 tickets) and I would only receive a refund of £85.40 when the flight cost me £338.00 as it was more that 24 hours after the booking. I advised them that I had raised this to them within 24 hours on their online form and had tried to contact them only to be told they had gone home for the day. The Guest Relations team were very unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. Surely they can complete a name change, I could understand if they charged an admin fee for doing this, but not to do anything at all is appalling. I have had to book another ticket for the passenger whose surname I input incorrectly at £117.00. Pegasus Airlines has appalling customer service and I would not recommend them. read more

Pegasus airlines check-in experience is so bad that I never made it to the actual flight; I arrived more than three hours early for check-in. First and foremost, they are the most rude airlines I have dealt with in my entire life. Passport controls at the airport were also so slow that I missed my actual flight. Given the current situation in Turkey, they should start check-in more than three hours prior to departure time to make sure people can make it through the passport control. If you fly through one of Turkey's airports it will become clear that a certain percentage of people are missing their flights. Pegasus and Turkish airlines are making a lot of money that way and it is simply unethical. Once you miss your flight, you have to book again. It took me several hours to retrieve my checked-in bags from the missed flight. Every employee kept sending me to the next one in the most unprofessional way. I kept circling between Pegasus employees for hours until I figured out how to get my bags back. They are too dysfunctional to be considered an airline. Never fly with them. At all. read more

The primary (us) CALL**Pegasus Airlines* for contact at +1 888 + (8 9 1) + 63.97**our team available to help The *customer service* (More Info®).reservations, refunds, booking ,emergency, last time cancelation and many more. Airlines manage large volumes of air traffic through a combination of advanced technology, strict regulations, skilled personnel, and well-coordinated systems. Every day, thousands of flights take off and land across the world, and ensuring smooth operations requires careful planning and real-time decision-making. One of the most important systems used is **Air Traffic Control (ATC)**. ATC is responsible for guiding aircraft safely through the skies and on the ground. Controllers monitor flights using radar and satellite systems, ensuring that planes maintain safe distances from one another. They provide instructions for takeoff, landing, altitude changes, and routing. Without ATC, managing crowded airspace would be extremely difficult and unsafe. Airlines also rely heavily on **flight scheduling and route planning**. Flights are planned months in advance, taking into account airport capacity, weather patterns, passenger demand, and fuel efficiency. Airlines use sophisticated software to design optimal routes that avoid congestion and reduce delays. During peak travel seasons, airlines may adjust schedules by adding more flights or using larger aircraft to handle increased demand. Another key factor is **airport management systems**. Airports play a central role in handling traffic. They use ground control systems to manage aircraft movement on runways and taxiways. Efficient gate management ensures that arriving flights quickly unload passengers and depart again on time. Many airports use automated systems to assign gates, track baggage, and coordinate with airlines to reduce turnaround time. Technology has greatly improved how airlines handle traffic. Modern aircraft are equipped with navigation systems such as GPS and advanced communication tools that allow pilots to stay connected with ATC at all times. Airlines also use real-time data analytics to monitor flights, predict delays, and make quick adjustments. For example, if bad weather is expected, airlines may reroute flights or delay departures to avoid congestion in the air. **Weather management** is another critical aspect. Weather conditions like storms, fog, or strong winds can disrupt air traffic significantly. Airlines work closely with meteorological departments to get accurate forecasts. Based on this information, they plan alternative routes or adjust schedules to ensure passenger safety while minimizing delays. **Crew coordination and training** also play a vital role. Pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff are trained to handle high-traffic situations efficiently. Airlines ensure that there is proper communication between all departments so that operations run smoothly. Crew scheduling systems help assign the right personnel to each flight, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and rest requirements. Additionally, airlines collaborate with **international aviation authorities** and follow global standards set by organizations like the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). These regulations ensure consistency in traffic management across countries, making international travel safer and more efficient. In recent years, airlines have also adopted **automation and artificial intelligence** to handle increasing traffic. AI systems can predict passenger demand, optimize flight routes, and even assist in managing delays. Self-service kiosks, online check-ins, and automated baggage systems help reduce congestion at airports, making the overall process faster for passengers. In conclusion, managing large volumes of air traffic is a complex task that requires coordination between airlines, airports, and regulatory authorities. Through advanced technology, efficient planning, skilled professionals, and global cooperation, airlines are able to handle heavy traffic while maintaining safety and reliability. read more

***Please**Call main assistance (Toll Free) Customer Service Contact: +1 (8 4 4/3 3 3-06.20 -- available 24/7 to speak with a representative. *As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines, so I was surprised by my experience with Royal Jordanian. *My wife and I paid an additional $140 to reserve what was clearly displayed as a two-seat row. However, upon boarding, we discovered it was actually a three-seat row. No traveler willingly pays extra for a middle seat, so this felt misleading and disappointing. *My assigned seat, 6K, was extremely uncomfortable and seemed to have little to no cushioning. I had to stack pillows and blankets just to avoid back pain during the flight. *The customer service experience before departure was also frustrating. I called the Detroit office seeking information about the aircraft and flight details, only to be redirected to another number in Chicago. After calling Chicago, I was told they could not help and was referred elsewhere, which ultimately led me back to the original Detroit number. Only after multiple calls did someone finally provide the information I needed from the beginning. *To be fair, the aircraft itself was beautiful, and most of the flight attendants worked very hard and remained professional throughout the journey. Unfortunately, the onboard environment was disappointing. Several passengers were loud and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became dirty very quickly, with urine on the floors and sinks clogged only a few hours into the flight. *Overall, this was one of the most frustrating airline experiences I've had. Despite the modern aircraft and hardworking crew, the poor customer service, misleading seating information, and unpleasant cabin conditions mean I would not choose Royal Jordanian again. read more

**To reach live human at Airlines call +1 (855) 65.7~47~0o (US) * and reach 'Customer Service directly' at any time. This 24/7 toll-free 'phone' line ... As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again.. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again.. read more

I am writing to request a refund for unnecessary baggage charges for "special equipment" during check-in to my return flight from Sharm-el Sheikh to Istanbul on the 28th of September 2015. My check-in luggage was within the allowance of 20 kilos from Sharm-el Sheikh. The Pegasus counter attendant, Ali Mohamed Mohamed (ID 164), was quite rude to me and dragged my luggage to X-ray and demanded I pay 110 dollars for 'special equipment'. I emphasized that I did not want any special insurance, and that my luggage was within the limits. After this, he reduced the extra charge from 110 to 55 dollars. I asked to see the REGULATIONS for this payment stating that PEGASUS requires passengers to pay extra if they have diving equipment. Instead, he became more rude and threatened he would not allow me board unless I paid. I asked him to call a manager but instead he gave me an incorrect Turkish customer service number (less digits than regular Turkish numbers) a wrong number. I asked him to sign a paper, stating how much I'd been charged and for what reason, but all he offered was a receipt for 'extra luggage'. His unprofessional attitude was unacceptable. He failed to show me any regulations, and he insulted me in front of the passengers. With my own means, I found the manager, and I told him the story, he was so helpful finally I got my receipt but still his attitude did not change. I want my 55 dollars refunded in full, and demand this PEGASUS worker be trained in Customer Service, or punished because of his terrible attitude. read more

I needed assistance and decided to call this business at 18885510145. The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally. read more
