Having never flown Qatar Airways before, it lived up to its high expectations with everything from seats, food to service. For both flights, flight attendants were very attentive and made sure we had a great flight in its entirety. No turbulence and such a smooth flight. I definitely can't wait to fly with them again.

Their customer service is a total disgrace--agents who are rude, unhelpful, and hang up on you without solving anything. Their systems are broken, their policies are scams, and their approach to customers is nothing short of predatory. Why should their incompetence and technical failures cost me my time, money, and opportunities? This airline is nothing but a fraud factory designed to extort travelers while hiding behind useless policies and even worse staff.
