Everhart location is horrible, many dryers not working , some don't heat up others stop on their own when you take your hand off button.. place smells like ugh. Wow, can't believe PEERLESS let this place get to this state of neglect. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!. Stay away! read more

Washers are dirty and dryers are never working. People are very rude and not helpful at all.

I don't see how the fans can turn with the amount of dust on them....the fabric softener dispensers in big machines have a large amt of mold in them...its just sad that the people who pay to use these machines are reduced to such an environment....PLEASE PLEASE CLEAN UP read more

Do NOT give this location your business!!!!First time coming here since moving into town. First of all, store hours states 6:30am and it's 7:35am and they're still not open. If I could leave no stars I would. Very unprofessional stay away! I have never used dry cleaning service before but the job I have now the uniform requires dry cleaning. I came here since they were really the only company open on a Sunday and I needed my uniform washed. Upon arrival I gave my number and the clerk Sonya kept insisting that my name was another customer after telling her a few times that wasn't me. Finally after a few eye rolls she made a new account for me. Let's see how pick up goes. read more

This place deserves no stars. I do my laundry through fluff and fold all over the world and this place was just terrible. Normally 20$ is enough to cover my laundry in every location in the United States. I got my laundry back with a note from my employer saying I owed 15.72 more!!! Surly this was a mistake!!! Then I found out that they charged everyone the same price regardless of size of bag or contents. I also had a portion of someone else's laundry in my bag. On top of that, there was no other evidence that a 35.72 laundry bill service was actually present. No plastic bag around the clothes, not a very good folding job, and it looked as if they simply shoved the clothes in the bag after drying. I quickly called the location and the woman who answered the phone explained to me that she only gets minimum wage, and she just folds the clothes and if I had an issue to contact the owner. So look owner, your employee Melissa is terrible at her job, she is not worth the wage whatever it is, and she is making bad business for you. If you are comfortable charging that price for your laundry at least provide the correct return. Plastic around my clothes and folded nicely. Although, you are in Corpus Cristi, not Beverly Hills, give me a break. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. read more

Worst experience with wash and fold. Part of a group that came through town and we sent our laundry in. Total of 7 people. Each person received a bill for the exact same amount of $35.72. I had a total of 6 pairs of shorts, 6 tshirts, 10 pairs of socks, 6 boxers and a pair of work gloves. Total pounds were 13lbs. When laundry came back to the group, gloves and socks were missing. Clothing wasn't folded and or folded very poorly. 4 pairs of socks were missing as well as my work gloves. Never again. Just got charged 40 to have a dress cleaned. When I dropped it off, I was not notified it would be classified as "formal". And $40 is an obscene price to pay to have any kind of dress cleaned, formal or otherwise. Wish I had read these reviews before I came here. Hope to save somebody else. read more

Bad service and not able too talk to a manager and when you leave a message for them too call you they never return the message! Do not take you clothes to get starched, I asked for welders starch and you can hardly tell if they have been starched at all. This place is AWFUL- do not do your laundry here. The staff is rude and the washers smell like mildew. They ruined an entire load of my laundry and the dry cleaning ruined my friend's shirt. It is also absolutely filthy!! The ceiling fans are disgusting, the counters are gross, and the floors are caked with grime. There are dead bugs everywhere. They do not clean the machines OR the building. The only thing that was good about Peerless on Staples was the people doing their laundry here. I will NEVER come here again. I would literally rather wash my clothes in my sink at home and hang dry them than do my laundry here. At least I know that they would not be ruined. So gross. read more

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT let this branch wash, dry and fold your clothes. They left my clothes wrinkled and expected me to pay for them. I did but asked to be aware next time. This time my clothes were not only horribly wrinkled but may have been ruined. How do you cause non-winkle clothes to be wrinkled?? They have possibly destroyed over $300 of brand new clothing i left for them to wash. I spoke to the manager and she mocked me to the employee washing my clothes that I was upset. Let me start with this....my husband needed a suit jacket to wear to our sons Coast Guard Boot Camp graduation in New Jersey. He is planning to present the certificate to our son during the ceremony but Peerless Cleaners came into the situation. I don't understand how a business owner can possible run a business with such horrible customer service relations! My husband was guaranteed that his suit jacket would be ready by 5pm on Tuesday (yesterday), come 5pm and there is no jacket to be found. Neither the manager or owner would respond or call back their employees who were desperately trying to get in touch with them. I was told the manager would be in at 7:30 Wednesday morning (guess what...they weren't). Needless to say his flight left at 5am on Wednesday morning. I have made multiple attempts to get a solution since it was discovered MIA, including two trips into Corpus from Portland, numerous hours waiting for a phone call back, getting price quotes for overnight shipping (if they found the jacket), and countless unresolved conversations with employees. I finally was able to speak with the manager Anita and she attempted to put in some effort to resolve the issue but instead offered me $25 of her own money to put towards the purchase of a new jacket. Bless her heart for trying to be kind but this is something the business owner needs to resolve not his underpaid, unappreciated, overworked employees.
