I have been going to Mark's Cleaners for years. Great service. Top quality! They have a fast turnaround too. read more

Customer service is abysmal. You are out of luck if they loose your clothes. They lie and say they will look for lost items and call you back in 15 mins, and then proceed to never call and even avoid answering your phone calls. They will loose your clothes and hide behind their policies without offering any sort of help or compensation for cleaning OR clothes lost. Not worth the value or hassle. read more

Very unprofessional and rude ! This place doesn't deserve a review! They ruined my wife's items. read more

Do not take your clothing to Mark's Cleaners. They ruined a beautiful Louis Vuitton scarf of mine by improperly dry cleaning it. I have tried to talk to them about the damage that was done to it but the manager said there is nothing they can do because it's been over 60 days since I picked my scarf up from them. I didn't realize until now that we should inspect all dry cleaning as soon as we pick it up to make sure no damage is done to our clothing; So frustrating! I've been trading with them for a while and this has been the worst experience I've ever had. I'm so upset. They don't care about rectifying what they did wrong. They won't take any responsibility whatsoever. So, if I can save someone else's clothing by writing this review that will please me. I'm upset read more

This place is a terrible place to take your clothes!! I visit the location on airline and the only good thing about this place was a little elderly woman behind the counter. She was so sweet and really cared about me as a person, not only a paying unhappy customer. read more

Soooooo I am 69 years old and not used to being talked to in a condenscending way. I've been with Mark's Cleaners for the better part of 5 or 6 years. the new manager who would not give me her name or how i could reach the owner was nothing but useless. I have a special pair of pants pleated and cuffed that i've been savin literally for my burial clothes and the lost the pant. ok so managers asks to be given to the end of the day to find i'm ok with that next day she doesn't even remember our conversation. She said give me a week and i said whats gonna happen that didn't happen is a day. She say well lets just call a month............. I am on a fixed income the those pants cost me the better part of $70 dollars. Well I will get over it but not used to the rudeness . I will not go back and i will tell my family and friends to do the same. I can't imaging Mark I'm guessing is the owner could not possibly care. But i thought i'd find out I asked for where i could reach you and your manager said "your guess is as good as mine" my number is (361 424-0839 Mr Mark if you get to read this could we please talk. thank you read more

So I take 3 sport coats into Mark's Cleaners 1 has stains 1 has a B.O. scent in the pits. I let a friend borrow it and he kinda stunk it up, no prob I needed to get the other 2 cleaned anyway. They give them back to me the first time. Still stains, still stinks. I take it a second time and explain that it's not clean. Lady at the counter makes all kinds of excuses and is rude about it. I explain give me my money back or get it right. They supposedly clean them again. Go back a 3rd time to pick them up and I check them on the spot there. Same situation still smells, like what did I pay for? She has to call the owner and the owner says "I'll take care of it, I'll get the stench and stains out"... So I wait. I go back a 4th time to pick up products...you'd think they'd put a rush on it. Nope, they're at a different location. I have to call and talk to some trashy lady named Tracy who explains the owner hasn't been in to take care of it, also "we're not going to offer you your money back for your trouble we've cleaned them 2 times". Well Tracy, if you cleaned them 2 times why do they still stink and have stains? Tracy then proceeds to hang up on me, while I'm talking. Giving me no idea as to when they'll be done. I wait a week and call back to see if they're "done". I ask the owner (Mark Arnold) on the phone how he can justify giving me back clothes that literally stink and making me drive to a location 5 times, his response was this: "If you shut up, I'll tell you" Then the man child proceeds to hang up the phone. I go back a 5th time to pick up my stuff and still stains still B.O. scent. They can't seem to figure out how the service industry works. Do yourself a favor stay far far away from any Mark's cleaners. Their people are literal trash. I'd rather take my clothes to an actual dumpster on fire and throw them in rather than dealing with these excuses for human beings ever again. read more

Mark's Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

I'm so impressed with my cleaners! They know me by name AND do a great job with my clothes. I've used multiple locations and they have weekly specials that give even more value. I'm new to town and Tracy treats me (and my clothes) like a friend. I lived in Katy for 20 years and never found this type of service or value. Mark's is MY cleaners! read more

I agree with everyone with a low review Carrs much better, and professional. Mark needs to learn to drive as he almost hit me with his van one day on agnes street in turn lane and went straight, remember Mark?? if you took that route again you would see that I was right. not to mention needs to learn the laundry business read more

If I could put less than 1 star, I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The shirt was dropped off to be cleaned and when coming to pick it up, it was stained with yellow spots and a pen mark as shown in pictures attached. The shirt wasn't stained prior to drop off. We never received a call back to try to resolve the issue or compensate us for ruining a $90 Calvin Klein shirt. I finally picked up the shirt a month later after Tracy lied to me about a solution being made. Do not recommend this business at all. They will stain your clothing and ignore all of your calls to get it fixed. Worst dry cleaners ever. read more

Overpaid for dry cleaning and extra heavy starch that I didn't get. They reassured me it would be ready that same evening, but I gave them extra time and went back the next day. They lost one of my shirts, one coat had stains, and the clothes all felt flimsy with barely any starch. I tried the Mark's cleaners in Portland and they were good, but this Mark's cleaners on Ayers is not. read more

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, disrespectful, rude business owner as I have Mark Arnold, the owner of Mark's Cleaners. I'd highly advise everyone to take your hard earned money elsewhere. He does not care about taking great care of your clothes you drop off in his business's care nor cares about his customers or what is right at all. I took my wedding dress to the Airline location to get dry cleaned and when it was dropped off and received from his employee, Mary Jane, there was NO DAMAGES with my dress and ZERO documentation of any damages. A few days later I received a call that they wanted my approval to take off the rhinestone belt that is sewn on, in order to dry clean it. I was given two options: first, give them approval to take off the rhinestone belt but they would not be able to put it back on OR secondly, leave the rhinestone belt on and if it falls off during the dry cleaning process then I already gave them approval and that would be on me. Of course with these options I said not to do anything and I will pick it up to take it elsewhere. When I went to pick it up, my rhinestone belt was visibly damaged. They took no responsibility for it at all and claimed it was already broken. Mark told his employee to tell me to go to the other location on Ayers there the next morning, even after being told this he was not available when I called in advance. I was told he will give me a call when he returns and still no calls. I had to yet again try calling with and then just went over to leave a note for him to call me to discuss about the damages that was made on my wedding dress. When I finally received a phone call he was very unprofessional, extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and SWEARING at me. He wanted to blame me that it was already damaged even though he acknowledged there is no documentation of damages when it was received. He wanted to blame me when in truth his staff poorly handled my wedding dress. He went as far as to make a remark that I probably broke it before I brought it in because "your dress is so dirty it looks like you played football in it". Then why was this never documented or brought up ever?! The bottom of my dress had dirt from an outside wedding but it was in good condition and specifically my rhinestone belt was not damaged. Then after insulting me in every regard and swearing at me he goes on to try to demean me further as if I didn't understand him by saying "what do you for a living?!" How does my wedding dress getting dry cleaned have anything to do with what I do for a living?! He continued to spew ignorant comments and finishes by saying "go ahead and waste your time geting a quote on the damages because I'm just going to WASTE YOUR TIME some more because I'm the fukn owner and I'm NOT GOING TO PAY FOR IT!" Then hangs up on me! WOW! I was shocked how a business owner can treat his customers like this! I wrote a letter documenting what happened and giving him still an opportunity to make things right by just paying for the broken rhinestone belt that they damaged. Of course, nothing. When I went to pick up my wedding dress the second time since I dropped it off from Airlines location to his Ayers location so he can see the damages it was SHARED WITH ME that I AM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER he has done this to and TREATED WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM, DISRESPECT AND have had him swearing he's the "fukn owner and not going to pay for sh*t!" That he's being brought to COURT for the exact same thing regarding ANOTHER DRESS that was DAMAGED under his business's care and he claimed no responsibility over. FOR THE PERSON WHO IS SEEKING JUSTICE AND BRINGING HIM TO COURT WITH THIS. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN HELP YOU WITH YOUR COURT CASE. HIS OWN EMPLOYEE HAS ADMITTED TO ME THE WAY HE TREATED YOU AND YOUR MOTHER. I HAVE PROOF FROM HIS OWN EMPLOYEE SAYING THE DRESS WAS NOT like that when she received your dress. Yet, Mark Arnold again refuses to take any responsibility for ruining and damaging people's clothing, dresses and just further insults, swears at, and yell at his customers! Please save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. DR. YANG read more
