We ordered four loads of rip rap stone to shore up our lakefront. What we had delivered was 3 loads of stone and one load of dirt and stone dust which had to be shoveled out and disposed of. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, I was basically told there was nothing they could do about it. No refund ($42) on the rip rap not delivered and paid for, no free delivery on another order, no credit. She said "you get what you paid for". No I didn't and they have lost a customer. Buyer beware! read more

Before the last cut, I cut the lawn myself so his crew could cut it shorter. They came and I inspected after they left and it looked like they didn't cut at all. I called and spoke to the owner. Instead of being a good business owner. He told me that because he was getting so busy he needed to cut back and the two week cuts are the first to be cut. He acted delusional telling me I had called to many times. I fired him and the very next day had a new company for less money. I do not recommend. Don't have a card on file with this company. This was our first time using this company and our experience was terrible…read more When we dropped off our garage window to have pane replaced, John told us they could replace one pane of glass in the double pane window for $26. A week later when we stopped to see if it was done they had broken the other pane of glass trying to get broken glass out. On this day the lady working who had a terrible attitude and ran down every other employee that worked there stated it would now be $68 to fix, even though they broke the 2nd pane. She stated it would be another 7-10 days. So we go back in another week and it still isn't done, so we wait while the guy finishes it up. While we are waiting, we ask for an invoice and was told by the guy in the office who stated he just does the computer work that they don't do invoices. So we ask if we can pay while we wait, he states using a card? we ask how much our bill is and he replies I don't know. How can we pay if nobody knows what the total bill amount is? Ridiculous! We get home and one of the latches to lock the window with is broken off. They were both on when we took the window in. This business is poorly ran and no customer service or professionalism. WE will find another glass to do business with in the future.
