I went when the seal on my tire broke. It cost me $40. The guys are all pretty friendly too. When I had any questions the guys actually showed me what was going on. They showed me proof of problems. This way I know they're not trying to trick me. Like typical mechanics if anything is wrong with your car, they alert you ahead of time. One thing I like is that they dont pressure you or try to shame you too hard if you dont fix what they suggest. They'll try a little like "so you're just going to drive your car like that?" and " so when do you think you're going to get this done?" One time my oil was low and leaking, and instead of simply offering to top it up, they tried to sell me an oil change which I didnt really appreciate. In a snap, it started making a horrible rumbling noise and was having trouble with acceleration. We were in a fix because there would be no leaving town until it was looked at, and for fear we might do more damage. No Audi dealer could fit us in for a week or more. We found Independent Automotive Repairs online, nearby, and they could fit us in next day. I cannot speak highly enough about this place because they could have taken us for all we were worth, but did not!!! Instead, they found the issue (one coil bad), fixed it, told us about a couple other things that would be issues down the road, yet informed us, honestly, that those items were not urgent, they did not need to fix them then, and we could get home and have them looked at in our leisure. The price was fair for the item and labor and we were out in a day. The people were nice, honest, fair, reliable, timely and it was clear that other customers arriving were repeats. I even heard the head guy call someone to tell him his car was ready and the repair was only $50, to which other repair shops were quoting the customer 100s of dollars - the customer couldn't believe it and was so thankful. I meant to write them a personal email when we got home to thank them again, but life got in the way, so I'm writing this review now. They deserve business and you will be happy you used them! It makes me wish I lived there, knowing I had a reliable mechanic for my cars in the future.
