Full disclosure. We have not been there for a very long time. The reason for this is twice we took…read morein our laundry to be washed and dried. We brought our own products. Both times the products were spilled, expensive products because someone forgot to put the cap back on. We never should have brought the whole bottle. We left written instructions and also spoke to the person who was going to do our laundry, yet both times the person claiming to be doing our laundry was not the person who did the laundry, promise they would not cook our clothes. It seems to be a habit in most of these places to dry clothes at the highest possible setting versus shrinking everything you own. This happened twice. since we gave money, tip the worker that we thought would be doing our clothes not to shrink our clothes and explicitly ask them not to cook our clothes that is probably why they lie about personally washing and drying your clothes. Or they're afraid of getting caught because they totally didn't listen to what you said and to begin with or they ignored it or I really don't know. We don't know what goes on in other people's heads but we know we're never going to give money upfront again. The tip comes after the meal! For all we know it's changed but something's really don't change. These people are not part of a union most of them are poor women and I'm sure they don't get paid or treated well. That must explain much of their behavior. Doesn't excuse it but does explain it. We've had every from each job in the world too.

They have even separated our stuff. The staff is so nice and don't make me feel like I'm asking for too much when my OCD folding requests start kicking in... Highly Recommend!!!! He was smiley and wonderful and always remembered my name. We spend anywhere from 3 to $500 a month on dry cleaning due to my husband being an attorney. The new owners they were there a few years were also very wonderful remembered your name and took very good care of your clothes. The owner that is now there is rude and obnoxious. I went to pick up my dry cleaning none of the shirts were dry cleaned!!! They were washed in a washing machine. I could have done that at home!! At $105 I could have washed every piece of clothing in my house by myself. When I asked why the shirts were dry cleaned she got really nasty. I will not be going back to this place or recommending it to anyone. Why would you take your clothes into a dry cleaner for them to take him next door into a nasty laundromat and wash them? Aren't you dropping them off to be dry cleaned? Doesn't she know the business that suit shirts don't get washed? Maybe she should go into a business she knows!!!
