Thankfully there weren't any termites. He went over the contract and explained how the termite bond worked and also went over the pest control agreement and the type of pests it covered. After the inspection, a lady from the office called me and scheduled our first treatment. My wife said that two guys came here and installed termite bait traps, which are drilled into the ground, all around the house. The removed a couple of red wasp nests, and sprayed the inside of the house and carport but couldn't spray outside because it was raining so the are going to come back to finish later this week.
