She verified all our insurance information prior to checking us in. The customers waiting to pick up their eye glasses we're full of chatter. Very pleasant atmosphere. I was please that they now have a digital scanner for your eyes versus your eyes being dilated. After your eye scan, you're seen by Dr. Bowling. He was precise and spot on about Mom's eye care and glasses needed. We were able to order Mom's needed glasses to be picked up in 2 weeks. I'm glad we chose MyeyeDr as Mom's provider.

Every staff member at Providence eye is genuinely warm and caring but most importantly knowledgeable. The communication between staff members is fantastic-making the patient experience much easier. Despite the fairly simple pre and post op instructions they were repeated to me just the right amount of times, in writing and in person.
