I stopped by Mirage today with no appointment. My goal was to get my wife's new Kia Soul tinted…read more It came from the factory with tinted windows except for the 2 front doors. I don't know why they never tint the front windows, maybe so the dealership can charge you $400 to do it? I said "No Thanks!" to the dealership, and figured I would just get a local shop to do it for cheap. I picked Mirage because of their convenient location. When I arrived the manager was very professional and courteous. The inside of the business has just the bare necessities, (I'll attempt to upload a couple photos here) but I suppose that's not really important so long as they have great customer service and competitive pricing. They do have a small waiting room big enough for maybe 8 people, with an old 27" tube TV, but hey it works. It was outdated but clean so no big deal. They were in the process of finishing up with another customer, then got to work on the Soul. I would say I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. After they were done with the work, I noticed the back windows were down (it's a 4 door and they were only tinting the front windows) so I asked about that and they said they do that just in case the keys get locked inside. Great idea! The manager, sorry I can't recall his name, also went over the care and treatment of the tint before I left. It looks great, the price was super low, and my wife loves the new look of her Kia so I'm a happy customer. I'll be sure to bring our next new car in for a tint. Thanks guys!

I had already arranged my ride to go with me so I could leave my car to get serviced and not have to wait out there for 3 hrs. I was VERY CLEAR that I don't know anything about window tinting and that all I knew was I WANTED TO BE SURE THAT I WOULD NOT GET PULLED OVER BECAUSE THE TINT WAS TOO DARK. When I arrived to pick up my car I opened the door and the car was a huge mess there were pieces everywhere from the tint there were run drops from whatever they sprayed all over my dash and car doors the floor was all white and dirty. The work was overall sloppy to where I had to go get my car detailed. I was LIVID!!!! It took everything in me to not leave a bad review but I told myself I never have to come back here so just leave it alone! THEN I GOT PULLED OVER BECAUSE THE WINDOW TINT WAS TOO DARK AND I WAS FURIOUS. I called the place so they could at least make it right, ONLY FOR HIM TO SAY IT WAS GOING TO BE $180 to FIX IT!!!! NO THANK YOU!!!

January 21, 2025 I've seen this spot a few times while…read morerunning errands and decided to finally take my car in, but first I asked how much it would be. It was $50, so I decided to have them work on my car. My car really needed a car wash and interior cleaning because it was a mess. I wish I would've had pictures and a video of how it looked before. The entrance is a slight left from the gas station. As you enter the gas station there will be a sign which I took a picture of so you can see what I'm talking about, and you drive on in, and they will take care of your car and leave it looking stunning. They had a chair and a stool to wait while your car is being washed, but I believe they may give you the option to pick up your car if you don't want to wait outside. The service I requested was the basic hand wash and vacuum. 10/5 Fredy and his staff were polite, friendly, efficient and did an amazing job. I was impressed by how good the car looked. It looked like a brand-new car and smelled so good. It had that new car smell but with some sweetness to it and boy was I loving it. Their prices are definitely more affordable than a lot of others I've inquired quotes for, and they were all over 160, so this spot is definitely the most affordable by far and they do a phenomenal job. I was so ecstatic to see my car and still am while I'm writing this up. My husband complimented their work and said he thought it wasn't my car due to how shiny and good it looked. He also said it looked like a brand-new car and was impressed by their work. I highly recommend you give Fredy's hand wash and vacuum a try.

After driving it for 2 weeks as-is, I realized the windows had to be tinted ASAP. After shopping around and getting quotes I narrowed it down and contacted them to schedule. Tint Experts where fully booked a week out when I contacted them but it needed to get done so I scheduled and asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations and I could get in sooner. I got my car windows tinted two days later. Now, I was looking for a good quality tint, that would not bubble or fade with time but I was also looking for someone knowledgeable. The back windows have the original manufacturers privacy glass & I didn't want a huge noticeable grade variation between my back and front windows. Gavin was great! As soon as I walked in, he showed me the different Tint grading, demonstrated the heat variation between the level of tints they offer, he listened to my concerns & what my expectations were. Then I personally saw him take extra measures to calculate the rating on my existing privacy glass vs the tint I had picked for the front to achieve a consistent look & grade throughout my entire vehicle. Their tint has a lifetime warranty & I was told that if I replace a window, they will replace the tint, so you're definitely getting the most value for your money & your tint will be covered for as long as you own your vehicle. I'm definitely going back to get the clear UV resistant film on my windshield next...
