Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for residential pickup for exterior & patio door…read moreinstallations. Bobby is a very down to earth guy. Easy to understand & doesn't use construction words that go over your head. He didn't make me feel insecure in my purchases or frustrated about this project. When Bobby says he's going to do something it will be done with tenacious effort. This young man doesn't know what being lazy means. I'm fact, he's quite the opposite. Went to Lowe's last Spring. Why? Bc they DO know!!! In looking for window replacements on another project & a need for three exterior doors, I found a person indirectly at Lowe's, Josh Cook. Anywho, after I got a name (Josh) at Lowe's. I went from there with Josh in an two estimates. Josh came with accolades from others that enabled me to proceed. By the time I was able to start my updates, Josh wasn't available. Josh texted & highly recommended Bobby Reeder. This act demonstrated valorous leadership capabilities in my world. Neither gentleman knew me from Eve ; ) . Josh didn't have to do this at all. Received a text, as Bobby was introduced by Josh. Both of these young men have proven that they know what they're doing. They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. I may be mistaken as my CRS is sneaking it's way into my evening, over a month has lapsed...magnificent effort in carpentry skills & diligence by both have certainly exceeded my expectations. When you meet Bobby, please try not to allow yourself to judge his stature. Bobby is stronger than he appears. He carried a patio door by himself and installed it with more professionalism than I've experienced in a custom home builder. I'm impressed with Josh. I'm more impressed with Bobby in how well he installed a front door & patio door...including picking both items up at two different retail merchants (Menards/Lowe's). Josh was right on, Bobby is ever bit as forthright as they come. Bobby Reeder is a fine person who has character in professional efforts to make your improvements become a reality without delay. Bobby...thank you so much for your time/efforts. Looking forward in working with you again soon. We love love love our patio door. The nails on the chalkboard sounds are completely absent. The sound of silence in opening/closing our patio door is the music to me : ) Ty Ty Ty! Stay well & safe all, Amy

I used yelp to contact this person. Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.

I was quoted $50 for every two weeks and they would bill me monthly. When the bill came due they gave me a discount which I did not expect. They use a decent payment system via Quickbooks so I just paid with a card, no cash, no sketchy apps on my phone digging in my bank account. Really well done. Yes I recommend them. Just note the owner and mower is a bit bucolic and is not a man of many words. He does what he says and that was good enough for me. I will have them as long as they will have me.

Well they did one treatment and all the leaves turned brown. Leaves started to reappear but after the next treatment it died. They fertilized and left fertilizer burn tracks. During the month that he was engaged, he frequently no-showed and cited some personal problems, apologizing and remaining intermittently engaged. Finally, five days before the tour, was the last time he responded to me, promising to come every day to finish the job. Instead, he didn't come or respond. I had to assume he was not going to return. We had to order and spread 12 yards of mulch ourselves while also preparing for the large event, and will have to hire people to fix what he damaged and finish what he started (he didn't finish weeding, sod, trim, pavers, etc). His attempt to fix the irrigation system replaced functional heads with heads that now spray the wood siding and onto the porch, so we can't use them to water the new sod/plants he started. We'll have to pay money to fix his problems, negating the work he did do. He left one segment of the irrigation system cut open (clamped with vice grips). He didn't prep the sod bed so weeds started growing through within days. Without him responding to me, I have no recourse but to pursue refunds through official channels. I am only posting this review after his non-response, and after the event for which we hired him to prepare.
