His previous pediatrician never took the time to listen to my concerns about my sons respiratory issues and always just prescribed an antibiotic for him and sent us on our way. I found Dr. Drake-Forte to be like a breath of fresh air, she listened to my concerns and explained that she was prescribing him an inhaler and was very knowledgeable on management of asthma. I can happily say that after being in Dr. Drake's care my child has been the healthiest he's ever been. Dr. Drake's knowledge in medicine and her compassion to help babies (and parents too!) will make any one feel secure in selecting her as their babies PCP. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care pediatrician. The office staff is very pleasant and I never wait to long for my appointments. They also accommodate same day sick appointments which really helps! Nurses are very sweet and child friendly. Never feel pressured into any shots I'm not comfortable with.

This is my first time to call to make an appointment for my child- I have a reference from my friend. This lady is very rude, not friendly at all. She asked me many questions and I gave it to her very nicely, but she didn't know how to deliver to the people. Her tone and her attitude is super rude. I decided to not make an appointment here, chose other place. She is the face of the business, but she is so nasty to answer the phone to the patient. She lost my business.

The doctors and nurses are skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Parking is no issue with a dedicated parking lot right out front. The practice is on the second floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. Each treatment room has a colorful mural the size of the wall which is such a great source of entertainment for children. My daughter noticed the wall during her 2 month check-up and we found it quite useful to calm her down after her immunizations. There are two separate waiting rooms which is phenomenal - one for sick children and the other for children doing routine check-ups. This is such a fantastic idea. The waiting rooms are literally on opposite ends of the practice so when you are visiting with your healthy child(ren) you don't have to worry about extra germs. Another thing I love is the helpline. You can call with your medical questions and get answers, tips, and additional information live on the phone. If after speaking through everything you need to come in, they can set that up for you. As a first time mama I was freaking out about my daughter's umbilical cord two weeks after she was born and I was able to call and be put at ease within minutes. I was then texted a resource guide with extra info and things to look out for in case it became an emergency. This is truly invaluable. Super happy we chose Roswell Pediatric Center. We will definitely be staying with this practice for our daughter and any of her siblings yet to come!

I do not write a lot of reviews unless, I'm truly compelled by exceptional experience…read more My family has moved a fair amount across the country due to work for both my wife & I. As a result we've had a bunch of experience with many pediatricians from solo practitioners, to small groups to hospital based. And it's without question, and I mean it; hands down our experience with Dr. Chheda has been among the best we've ever had, if not 'THE' best! I see some reviews about staff, billing issues etc. However, our focus is on the quality of care of our children! I won't settle for 2nd best! - Dr. Chheda is absolutely stellar: She's professional, knowledgeable, considerate, kind and compassionate! She takes the most complex situations and is always able to communicate in no-nonsense lay terms so that both my wife & I clearly understand. I know from 1st hand experience that dealing with medical insurance is a nightmare! And blaming the physician or practice is just ignorant! In this new brave world of ours it's so easy to demand and demand and forget the human element and the fact that our lives have become so much more complicated including work. Yet, in spite of all this Dr. Chheda and Nurse Courtney have maintained an incredible level of compassion! Every time we visit the practice (and it's a lot of times given the serious health issues of our youngest), the team at Harmony Peds has simply been wonderful! I don't care if occasionally I have to wait past our appointment time; because I know and understand Dr. Chheda is providing excellent care to another patient and is not rushing through important and critical treatment just to get to the next appointment. This means that she'll provide our little guy with the same serious dedicated attention he needs!! I know from experience with my adult primary care doctor at Wellstar that he's always running behind. So now add uncooperative children to the mix and you either have to patiently wait with due consideration or expect to receive rushed care. Well Dr. Chheda, has NEVER rushed seeing my son! Please Dr. Chheda, you need to teach others physicians on how to provide the quality of care that you've given to my children! I want to give Dr. Chheda and Harmony Peds 6 STARS! Lots of love, Alec & Kay! PS my brother is moving from Seattle with his brood and will be coming to see you!

This office has a very strange vibe to it. They are not friendly and warm at all. Something a pediatrician office should be at all times especially with kids. The ONLY reason we continued to go to this office is because they have availability and it is close by. However after recent experiences we will never return. The office is always empty while other peds offices are not even accepting new patients. This should have been warning enough. Previously my daughter was misdiagnosed according to another physician who we took her to the same day who claimed this office should have never let us leave if they claimed her diagnosis was fatal. Another recent visit, they seemed annoyed by us being there. We called and got a same day appointment and not once smile out of Dr. C - very stern and zero warmth. The front desk is not much better. Fake smile at best, zero genuiness. They charge $100 upfront and then bill you 2 weeks later for co-pay. When things keep appearing without explanation, I have to take time out of my very busy schedule to chase down what a co-pay is about and for what date of service. No clarity ever. All in all, I am so extremely disappointed in the way we were treated. I take my nanny in with me for help and they are extremely rude to her and do not acknowledge her presence. We will never endorse this behavior and hope no one else has to face the unkind experiences we have had.

However, today I brought my son in for his routine physical, a pretty vanilla event. As I was sitting there Dr. Lucas is asking the standard questions, i.e. do you smoke, safe sex etc., then completely unsolicited she began espousing her liberal political views and telling my son that she is a democrat and that republicans/conservatives are stupid. I thought to myself this is out of scope, somewhat offensive, unprofessional and inappropriate given the reason for our visit. I kept my opinions to myself wanting only to push through the awkward situation keeping it professional without incident. Wishful thinking on my part. Keep in mind that this was all in the presence of my son and at one point my son spoke up and said, "I think both of them are idiots to be honest". Dr Lucas kept talking about it and as much as I wanted her to let it go and move on, she did not. Dr. Lucas proceeds to tell my son that voting for Kamala Harris is the lesser of two idiots. Again, not that it matters because he can't vote yet which is even more perplexing to me. Finally, I politely said that I have a different opinion, this isn't why we are here so let's not talk about it further. She said one more political remark and asked me a question about why I felt differently. I answered her question and I said that I wasn't comfortable with the fact that Harris was raised by a father who is a renowned Marxist economist and former professor at Stanford. Dr. Lucas immediately snapped back at me stating that my comment was false and that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to stop watching Fox News. Predictable behavior big on personal insults, assumptions and light on facts. Finally, I politely said that it is our role as the parents to instill those values in our son and again said let's move on from the topic. My son had to provide a urine specimen and he left the exam room door as he left for the restroom. As I am sitting in the exam room, I hear her telling the nurse that I'm stupid for having and describing my opposing political opinions which she asked to hear. At this point I left the exam room and walked to the nurse station where the two were talking and stated that I didn't appreciate what she was saying about me within earshot. Dr. Lucas without looking up from whatever she was writing and delivered an insincere, inadequate and flat "I'm sorry". Dr. Lucas didn't even have the decency to look up from writing and look me in the eye to deliver a much deserved apology.. At this point I knew exactly what I was dealing with in Dr. Lucas and walked away giving her as little respect as she had shown me to that point. The nurse came in and apologized stating that Dr. Lucas was crazy about that stuff and that it had no place in discussions in the office. At the end of the day my opinion and reasons for having them are EQUALLY as valid as those that have brought her to her opinions. Dr. Lucas ridiculed and disrespected me in front of my son. She made assumptions about me that certainly were not based in any sort of fact or understanding of who I am or what has molded my positions. Her behavior was completely over the line, disrespectful, presumptive and inappropriate among the long list of other adjectives and frankly it was unhinged odd behavior that makes me question her professional judgement. Dr. Lucas should stay in her lane and demonstrate more self-control and keep her elitist irrelevant political views out of the exam room. Her political leanings have zero to do with the delivery of healthcare to my son. Finally, as a parent I don't tell my son what he should think or be politically, tell him to be thoughtful wherever he lands politically. It seems petty and unnecessary but after 16 yrs we will be moving onto another physician.

The morning after we came home I received a call from her office wanting us to come in "immediately" (they saw the xrays that were taken at the ER) to see what could be done. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day. On our visit, her temporary cast removed, and she was immediately seen by Brandy, who spent well over 30 minutes looking at Terri's hand (a big purple "club" at the moment), talking to us, showing us the xrays, and explaining the details(in layman's terms we understood) of exactly what happened to her hand and what was going to have to be done to get to get Terri on the mend. Terri had 4 "clean" fractures on her fingers but her thumb was pretty much, to put it mildly, trashed ("A mess" in Brandy's words....lol)....totally destroyed and was going to need reconstructive surgery. She gave Terri options (yes, OPTIONS) of how things could be repaired and let her decide how she wanted to proceed.....Terri chose having everything fixed with screws / plates. Brandy scheduled Terri for surgery for 2 days after that, in fact going as far as moving a scheduled surgery she had that day up a couple hours to make room for her. On surgery day, Brandy talked to us before the surgery and made sure screws / plates were the way Terri was still comfortable with (she was ready to go with whatever Terri decided), assured both of us that everything was going to be fine, and that we were in good hands (yes, a pun). The surgery took over 5 hours to be completed, and when it was, Brandy came into the waiting room to see me and tell me how things went and what she had done...she spent 15 minutes with me which I think is so very awesome. I had a clear understanding of what she did and what Terri needed to do (and not do). She referred us to a Hand Physical Therapist very close to our home and had them call us the following day to schedule her rehab. The Therapy center didn't have an opening until about 10 days later so I made the appointment for then. The next day I received a call from the Therapist saying the Brandy called her and wanted Terri to come in a lot sooner than that, and was given an appointment for this coming Monday....I didn't call Brandy's office to suggest / ask they do that, they did it!!!! The fast that they checked on their own impressed the heck out of me. We have our followup appointment with Brandy next week and we're looking very forward to seeing the "completed" work on Terri's hand. EVERYONE in Brandy's office is great.....absolutely FABULOUS!!!! They are all very personable, friendly, professional and caring.....we feel very comfortable there. I'm going to update this post when I get everyone's names on our next visit....I'm horrible with names and don't want to forget anyone. The insurance Terri has is very sub-par (Marketplace crap) and isn't one Dr. Cross accepted. We were at a loss when we were in the waiting room about what we were going to do because of this and were on our way out of the office (with Terri in tears) when Tina came running after us and told us Brandy was going to take care of Terri and we'd figure things out later with the insurance.....who ever heard of a Doctor (ANY DOCTOR) even considering something like that?????? Brandy knew how badly Terri was hurt, knew how much she needed help ASAP and made the decision to help her regardless of the insurance. The world needs more caring people, especially Doctors, who actually care, genuinely care, about people, their needs and pains. If you ever find yourself in need of a top notch Hand Surgeon, you really need to contact Dr. Cross....travel a bit further if you need to, but DEFINITELY see her. Brandy, YOU ROCK....thank you!!!!!!
