They make processes so difficult. I can go pay for my child's sports physical elsewhere and get it done in less than 15 minutes with no appointment. Yet when I tried to get form filled out at this office they claim it takes 6 business days even though they had already done the physical. They requested additional forms that are not needed. Called me 3 different times to tell me they wanted me to take another form and then wait till it gets filled out to return another day once doctor decides to review and sign. I will definitely go out of my way to find a office who cares to actually help there patients. read more

Dr. Laxa is simply amazing!! She thoroughly understands how to truly give care to a pediatric patient and how to make them feel comfortable in a medical setting. She takes her time with her patients too, which I really appreciated given that many providers rush through appointments. Amy was the one who scheduled for us to come in; I asked for a same day appointment and we were able to get one. When we came for the appointment, they were on time and did not make us wait to be seen. I don't know why this clinic had such bad reviews because the staff was super nice and the clinic was extremely clean. I am a registered nurse myself and so I definitely know what a clean clinic looks like! read more

i don't even know were to start! if you love your kids make sure you find the best care you can and i believe in my heart this isn't it! took my 2 year old daughter at the time to see christine sousa, c.p.n.p. and after getting all the information and symptoms for which i had taken my daughter there she told me it was vision problems! yes vision problems! imbalance, random fear attacks! just to name a few and she got vision problems out of that! thanks to god for mother instincts even to me with no medical experience that sounded absolutely ridiculous! ended up going to choc! they didn't even let me leave! my daughter had cancer! yes cancer and if i would of believed christine sousa my daughter would be dead by now! every time you call the front desk ladies make you feel as if they are paying you to go there. their always upset and i almost felt scared when i had a question knowing how mad they would be to do their job and answer the phone! read more

Took my newborn here after seeing Dr. Abjelina at the hospital. The office is pretty big and spacious. There are two areas in the waiting room...your normal waiting area and there is an area for "well babies". The ladies who work in the front desk seem kind of rude, not very friendly, and no smiles. In the back, some nurses are nice and friendly and some seem "blah" with no emotions. The providers who saw my daughter are Christine Sousa, C.P.N.P. (Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) and Ben Gordon, P.A.-C. (Physician assistant-certified). These two are nice and friendly, will answer and questions and concerns you have about your children. read more

I have been in an exam room for literally an hour now and haven't been checked on once. Not a "hey sorry the doctor is really busy" or nothing. They are seriously lucky my wife will kill me if I make a scene in here or somebody would have been cussed out by now. BTW I had an appointment. My son was seeing DR. Jennifer kieth at the pediatric partners on Stetson I loved her and her staff at that office so when I changed INS I thought this office would be just as amazing but they are no where near. This office really needs to get it together. What is the point of having a a sick appointment ext if no one answers nor calls back once you leave messages!? I would call the well visit ext and I would finally get an answer only for them to tell me they couldn't do anything call ext 2 on top of that the attitude was ridiculous ! I had to take my son to urgent care which I knew was pointless because they gave me some medication and recommended I call his primary for more testing. I'm just sickened and frustrated I had to call my insurance again to switch his primary again and guess what my son now has an appointment no questions asked nothing. Wish I could give them a zero but had to give one star. The nurses are not helpful at all whenever you ask questions they have to worst attitude like you are bothering them and target have better things to do. When you call to speak to a nurse you aren't even calling the office and if your luck to get through to a nurse they say they will have someone call you back. Waited over 4 hours for the call back. The wait time to be seen is forever have sat in a room in the back for 1 1/2 hours one time and everytime I would ask how much longer the nurses with great attitude told me when the dr gets to me. The staff is OK. There are a couple of not-so-friendly nurses. My biggest issue is that the place ALWAYS smells like poopy diapers. Im not exaggerating wjen say out of the last 7 visits here (I have 4 small kids)... 6 of the visits it has smelled BAD. Like the diaper is under your nose bad. And its a huge room. They must only empty the trash once per day. Just doesnt seem very sanitary. Its not filthy but between the smell and the outdated/run down office equipment im over it. Currently looking for a new place to go. read more

The doctors here are EVIL!!! The vaccines they gave my son caused autism. Others who go here end up with their child with autism. We are getting proof together to have these people all punished for what they do to our kids! read more

It has been a nightmare dealing with these people. After speaking with Alma (supervisor) she is just as bad as her employees. I needed forms signed for my kids. The doctor decided to only sign only some and not some. The only explanation I got was other doctors are not willing as others to sign? Really. The front staff is beyond unprofessional!!! They could care less about costumer service. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere! The problem is they are quick to apply all the rules on patients but when it's their mistake patients must deal with it. The front office females look like they hate their job. Would not recommend going to this place. It is awful! The ladies at the front desk are very very rude. The nurses in the back are also rude. The pediatrician is friendly. I went here for my newborns two day check up. Now I've never been here before until then. I was waiting behind another lady. And one of the receptionists gave me a dirty look and rudely told me to check in on the other side. Once we got called in, the nurse was so rude. Me and my husband are first time parents and I had a cesarean so I was still very sore. She told us to take our daughters clothes and diaper off so she could weigh her. Well my husband was doing it all and he was a little slow because every first time parent is gentle with their newborn because we've never done this before! Well she just kept giving us dirty looks and rolling her eyes. And he asked if it was ok to put a new diaper on and she said "you can put whatever you want on, but you better hurry up because she's going to end up peeing" well he was getting the diaper on and then she peed. The nurse seemed to get mad and said "I told you so, I do this every day" with a snarky attitude. Well he got her dressed and we were moving to another room so he picked her up and the nurse, again very rudely, said "you need to grab all your stuff" and rolled her eyes. Yes, we were a little slow. I'm sore from having a caesarean and we've never done this before so we were learning. But that's no excuse for the attitude she gave us. I just went back today for her two month appointment because they scheduled before we left her two day appointment. I went to check in and the front desk lady was rude AGAIN! She gave me attitude the whole time I talked to her and acted like I was stupid. I didn't have an insurance card for my daughter and she said "did you call your insurance or social worker, she's two months she should have her own insurance. " with the rudest attitude ever. And I stated that nobody told me that I need her insurance card before I came and she said " well I don't know what to tell you". Another lady came in behind also for her sons two month appointment. She didn't have an insurance card either for her son because she is a first time parent as well and didn't know. The lady at the front was very rude to her and told her the same thing with the same attitude.. Well my daughter wasn't seen and didn't get her shots. I will not be returning to this place. No one smiles, they just give you attitude and lots of dirty looks. That is not a very good environment for a pediatric center. read more

We are extremely happy with Dr. Tim and the staff. We were seen immediately when our son lost his vision. Dr. Tim showed a lot of compassion and was very caring. He'd frequently call to ask for updates on his vision and other Dr. appointments. He went out of his way to schedule an appointment with a specialist at Radys Children's Hospital in San Diego. Our son is slowly recuperating his vision and Dr. Tim made this process feel at ease knowing that he cared. We've been patients at Pediatric Partners for almost 11 years and have never had a bad experience. The nurses are always doing their best to get you an appointment asap. read more
