Upper management is constantly talking bad about the RBTs and makes fun of them behind their backs. The staff is treated horribly, constantly. They will hire ANYONE, and that is why the turnover rate with employees is so high. The poor clients are put with people they don't know on a daily basis, behaviors among the clients are on the rise, these kids can feel the toxic environment. I am so sad to write this, but I am so glad I got out of this place. I have interviewed and toured many other ABA facilities, and MTC is by far the lowest on the totem pole. I would not recommend this company to anyone, employment or families looking for a trusting environment. Please do your research first.

If you get a good therapist they will constantly be leaving due to poor treatment & poor management(see glass door reviews). This inconsistency of changing therapist is extremely hard for an autistic child. Some people they hire I would not even hire to babysit my neurotypical child, much less be by autistic/ADHD child therapist. They billed our insurance as we saw the BCBA, but we were actually seeing the RBT. Just beware as we spent a few yrs hoping it would get better, but when we finally had 2 good therapist they quit do to poor treatment. They drug my son in the clinic one day, told me if we didn't let them he would not get better. He spiraled saying he wanted to die, so they called an ambulance instead of calling me. It cost me $2400 in total. All because he had a different therapist all the time, and Raquel the head of the clinic treated us like it was out fault. She is cold as ice.

Finding a…read moreprovider who would take our concerns seriously and was willing to help was surprisingly difficult, but from day 1 they have been supportive and helped put together a plan to help my son move forward. Because he is older (12) we struggled to find someone willing to help build strength and treat his dysgraphia. They also have helped with coping with sensory overwhelm and anxiety. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We also love the warm and friendly office staff. Check them out- you won't regret it.

We were referred here by our pediatrician as our daughter was still not walking at 15 months. We were very pleased overall and thrilled when she was dropped (just in time for our move out of state). A year later she is still doing wonderful and loves to climb. The speech and Occupational therapists saw him only a couple months. They said they need to reschedule for summer break and never call us back. I call the speech therapist a week later and she said she needs to cancel the session for that week and call back soon; however, she had never call back. I have never treated irresponsible like this before. She once complained how my son couldn't sit still. That was the reason he was seeing the occasional therapist. I thought the place is for speech and occupational therapies for children with special-needs. They were not helpful at all.
