My son's pediatrician unfortunately retired and we had to find a new doctor. I went based off the…read morereviews here... had high hopes for this office. First we were thrown off because we scheduled with Dr. Alaaeldin as a new patient, on a Saturday. We were never told he wasn't there on weekends. The front desk RARELY picks up the phone, took a while to even schedule this appointment and they clearly lose medical information that's being sent to their office by fax. We were very surprised to see a PA would be the provider when we went for our first appointment. But she was pleasant and so were the interns that we met that day. The PA Karen explained she's the one who sees patients on weekends... We had several issues with the staff though... in particular the very unhappy woman in the Lab. (Again we went on a Saturday, it's a different woman on Saturdays for lab too). She had a nasty attitude and literally yelled at me saying they never received the vaccines from our old pediatric office. She never even introduced herself. She was bopping her head and everything, looking like she fell off someone's dashboard. I just laughed it off and went back to the PA to ask her about it and she said she'd pull it up from the CIR and not to worry. They rescheduled my son's appt (again for another weekend) to get his vaccines. When we went for this appt (2nd visit) again, same lady from the lab asks me for the vaccines lol. She even claimed they called me and left messages asking my child to fast for bloodwork? I showed I never received any of those "phone calls" nonetheless, messages. At this point I'm so confused because they already claimed they never received the THREE faxes the other Pediatrician sent them with immunizations... Then now they were claiming they didn't find my son's information in the registry (CIR) either. Implying the previous PCP never inputted the vaccines he received for all those years... again she caught an attitude... Staff is EXTREMELY unorganized and unprofessional. After further review seems like the lab lady even misspelled my son's name and who knows if that's the real reason why they never found the vaccines in the CIR. I contacted the old Pediatrician that we used to go to and her Assitant pulled up his vaccines in the CIR without a problem... with the correct spelling of his name. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone... there shouldn't have been all these issues, especially this early on. Clear red flags wasting people's time going back and forth. Again, the PA was nice and did a televisit with us when my son caught a cold... but the staff could really make or break it for you.

Great Doctor and team Very clean office…read more I feel very comfortable with my baby and care that I receive from Dr. Alaaeldin Office experience and staff is always smiling and on time appointment

The earlier review consists of hearsay and exaggerations from a disgruntled former patient of…read moreanother doctor: 1) One can't blame Dr Apun for Dr Reyes' sudden retirement. He had fully planned to stay on, but for various circumstances involving his own health, he appropriately requested to step down, and gave notice in a full-page newspaper ad. If the patient was taken aback by the admittedly unforeseen circumstance, she wasn't playing attention. 2) The records retrieval and chart copying charge for $10 for each child and $1 per page is wholly fabricated. If it were true, it would be highway robbery. But shouting that a banana was priced at $14.95 does not mean it actually happened. When a copy of a chart is requested, the .75 cents per page is a standard dictated by the New York State Dept of Health; that has always been the case with this and most physicians' offices. The contention that "the most" one can charge for copies of charts is .25 cents per page is the creation of an ulterior mind. Likewise, the retrieval charge for accessing the records from storage is also a standard $5/child--always has been, and always was at the time, and is based on actual expense. However, with some rare exceptions--mostly chronic or persistent congenital conditions, such as diabetes or development delays--complete charts are mostly useless for the offices that receive them. Pediatricians' offices require one thing for the vast majority of healthy children that transfer to their practice: an updated immunization record. And here's the real kicker: Copies of these are always available for NO CHARGE. Free I tell ya! So while the story relayed by the reviewer makes for great cigar-chomping, muckraking, scenery-chewing melodrama, for what she REQUIRED to transfer to the physician of her choice, she could've easily had for a song and a dance. Without all the ensuing drama. 3) Former employees, released for just cause, have one thing in common: an axe to grind. Add to that the embellishment of a former patient of a former physician of a former office, and you have makings of tabloid fodder with about as much validity as TMZ.com. A more accurate test would be asking current patients in the (usually full) waiting room for their opinion: Are they there for the no doubt impending censure of the office of "doctor misconduct new york" (whatever that is) or just to bask and soak in the "money-hungry" milieu? Bemoaning unforeseen circumstances that are no one's fault, creating phantom charges from thin air, citing the suspect testimony of biased vindictive parties: these are the shrapnel of a destructive mind bent on some kind of self-satisfying vengeance. Keep this in mind before swallowing wholesale anyone's OPINION (me included!). Here's a novel idea: If you're in need of a pediatrician, come in one day. Look around. Ask other parents their thoughts. Schedule a visit. See for yourself, not based on someone's delusional bad experience. Then if you're so inclined, write your own (good or bad) review, based on objective facts. THAT, folks, is accurate and constructive.

I took her to our pediatrician who prescribed her medicine but towards the afternoon I felt that she looked worse. I researched online and saw it was recommended to come to PM pediatrics if your child has croup. It was around 4 pm and we were able to make a 4:45 pm appointment online which was great. Filled out our insurance information prior to arriving and her symptoms. PM Pediatrics is located right on sunrise highway and had a decent amount of parking shared among other stores in it's complex. We easily checked in and paid the copay and did not wait long to be seen. First off - the office is designed wonderfully for kids. Fun artwork, stuffed animals and TVs playing movies which offers a more relaxed vibe. The medical assistant took my daughter's vitals and weighed her and alerted the PA, Jessica, that she was having a bit of trouble breathing. The nurse and PA came into the room and evaluated her and prescribed her a steroid shot to assist in her breathing as she was visibly having more difficulty breathing. I am so thankful I came in for this as we would've had to go to the ER overnight so this avoided it. Then after the shot, she was given a nebulizer treatment and monitored until stable. I appreciated the thoroughness of care at PM pediatrics and by PA Jessica and her team. We were there for almost 2 hours as they were waiting for my daughter's oxygen saturation to be stable and I appreciated the time they took with her. We were sent home with a nebulizer and script was sent to our pharmacy for the nebulizer treatment. They said they were to bill our insurance after which I was thankful for because my daughter needed that nebulizer before bed. I am definitely coming here again if we need to and will be recommending this facility to others!

Then she stars she will send over medication to the pharmacy for her to take for 7 days! Fast forward I go to the pharmacy and no medication of course I call back sat on the phone for 20 minutes waiting and an Indian doctor gets on the phone not knowing anything about my daughters condition repeating asking the same thing over and over again! He said my daughter was diagnosed with a condition called "crew " I am not sure if I am spelling it correctly or not cause I was never informed of it! Then he said he see nothing in her chart that stats she will need any medication for the next 7 days! So safe to say I'll be bringing my daughter to the hospital because I don't want her to catch pneumonia and such a big miscommunication can truly jeopardize my daughter's health! This was my first time going to this establishment and this will be my last! With rsv, flu, and pneumonia running rampant you can't be too careful! In my gut I wanted to bring her to the hospital but I decided to bring her to this location because it was such good reviews but this place is a red flag and the undocumented information in my daughters chart will never sit correctly with me
