This was in large part to the fact that I never felt…read moreconnected with the doctors or staff at the place. coming to Alliance Health Centers for a wellness check and blood work I found that the staff there truly care about their patients. I felt truly accepted when I walked through the doors. They do whatever they can to ease the financial burden and fears of going in for a check up. They honestly are all just good people and I would highly recommend.

He really…read moremade us feel like he TRULY cared about our son, he is a genuinely nice person and he certainly knows his stuff! The wait time in the office is a long time but understandable considering it's a specialty pediatric office so he's dealing with kiddos that need special attention. He always spends a lot of time with us and takes time to answer questions in a way that we will truly understand. Happy our son is healthy and we no longer have to go there but sad that we have to go back to our normal pediatrician.

My appointment was at 9:45. I was there at 9:30, 1045. They cannot tell me when I was going to be seen and that they were running a little late an hour is not a little late I was not given the option to reschedule so I just left.

Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. My daughter has epilepsy and I noticed my son also having…read more"staring spells". I have epilepsy myself so I'm very familiar with them and knew my son just had an absence seizure. I called my son's pediatrician to get us an EEG scheduled and they had sent over orders for it to be done. I never received a call from them after waiting a week. Again I had to have them send another order in because they didn't call me and again no phone call from them. Three weeks after my initial concern to have him seen was addressed I finally just called them to get some answers even though they are supposed to call me to schedule the EEG. I was on hold for 45 minutes so decided to leave a voicemail. They called me back but I had to jump through all of these hoops just to talk to the right person. They then told me that the order that was sent was not for an EEG but for a new patient exam. I told my sons pediatrician that I wanted an EEG so I don't know if that was a mistake on their part but regardless I SHOULD NOT have to wait almost a month to try to have my son seen for epilepsy. It's absolutely ridiculous that they would let something as important as having seizures go unaddressed for months. Very disappointed!!!

We arrived for appt only to be told they don't accept our insurance. Went ahead anyway. I made the appt so I would have contacts for my son's wedding 2 months in advance. Had to return multiple times because they couldn't get the script correct, had to wait 2 weeks each time for trial contacts, multiple times I called and had to leave msgs and nobody returned the call. I stopped in and got a trial pair of contacts they said they had had for weeks. I went to Cunningham and got the correct script and walked out with a trial pair of contacts....NP! Now I have a collection notice.....never received a bill....and have an EOB that shows patient responsibility $0. Now I am learning they coded the claim wrong and now they are looking for payment w/interest! If there was a way to put a negative million stars on this review I would
