When I was taken into the exam room the nurse was so friendly didn't rush me. The nurse practitioner who came in after was exactly the same too. Very helpful. Very polite and very pleasant. The whole team was extremely quick and had me in the front door and back out in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I was in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes and within a minute of me finishing the online paperwork that they give you, I was taken to the room to be seen. Best experience at an urgent care.

NP Cinamon was also so informative and kind with the beginning stages of my pregnancy. The overall care at this location from the staff is wonderful. I couldn't have had a better first pregnancy experience. Pediatrics - Recommend Dr. Will. She was at the hospital when I delivered my baby and made sure baby wasn't developing jaundice when I left the hospital for almost a week. She is very soft spoken and was comforting to me as a first time parent. It's not easy having a child, but having a great Dr. makes all the difference.

These nurses in this office are the worst nurse I've ever seen. They only believe what they think…read moreis true. This morning I went their office for vaccination. Because they told me the vaccination can be walk in can doesn't need to make an appointment. I went there directly and I have to wait almost one hour to get them out and see me. These are my second dose of MMR and varicella. Last time I took the vaccine is on 05/22. It has been 30 days since my last visit. But they said they can't give me the vaccine because their guideline is 31 days apart. And today is 30 days apart. They asked me to come next Monday, But I told them I will go abroad, I have to finish it within this weekend. So they ask me to go to the "liberty Mills" office tomorrow. I want to make sure I can get the vaccine before I go abroad. So I drive to "liberty Mills" office. The front desk said they won't provide vaccine for walk in patient. They are quite surprise these nurses don't know it and ask me to go their office. The person in the "liberty Mills" office recommend me to get the super shot. So I drive another 30 minutes to the office on New vision Drive. And the front desk people told me super shot people will only be there on Saturday morning. I called super shot, no one answered the call. They called me back one hour later and told me they don't have MMR. They ask me to go to CVS or Walgreen to get MMR. Finally I went CVS minute clinic and they give the MMR, yes they only have MMR. Both the super shot people and the CVS minute clinic people told me 4 weeks apart for both vaccine "MMR" and "varicella" are fine. you can imagine how busy I am today, I traveled from here to there. At night, from the documents the manger in this office gave to me, I found out even US department of Health and Human Services Centers for disease control and Prevention (CDC) said 28 days apart for both "MMR" and "varicella" I totally don't understand why the nurses and the manger in this office said it should be 31 days apart!

So I litally flew back home and got back with the cards exactly on time and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule. I told them how horribly stressful this is and the only day I had. Then I asked if someone could tell me what to do if it falls out. Finally someone came back and told me to just push it back in. In a day and age where the typical patient-doctor interaction lasts hardly 10 minutes, it's…read moreincredibly refreshing to see that physicians like Dr. Ghazali still exist. He is one of the most friendly human beings I've met, and every single time I went in to his office, I received his undivided attention. On a typical routine visit, he spent 10 minutes asking about my life before even starting the examination, then another 10 minutes checking me out, and then as much time as necessary for follow-up questions. Not once did he make me feel like he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. As for the actual medical outcome, I have been in good health ever since my first visit with him around age 16. Dr. Ghazali gave me the highest quality of care, and I'd say now as a 22-year-old that he's one of very few doctors whom I would give a 5-star rating.
