Sometimes I arrive early and they adjust the schedule so that I can be seen early instead of having to wait until my appointment time. Dr. Rayner listens to my concerns and let's me know my options. I decided against the swine flu vaccine for my child, and although he said it was safe, he respected my wishes and said a prayer over her with me. He is very knowledgeable and is always available for any concerns that I may have. He is gentle with my daughter who is absolutely terrified of the doctor's office. At the end the give out stickers or a book with her favorite cartoon character. I would highly recommend him!

Every time I went with my son I felt he was always in the best care and treatments if needed for any medical needs. He always explained and listened to any concerns. Spent time and knows his patients not like most Doctors. Through my sons teen years he addressed not only medical needs but his needs as a young man entering adulthood. Well now my son is off to college this year and we will miss Dr Rayner dearly as when your physician can make a impact on your child's development not just for his health but as a mentor as well is a blessing forever cherished. You can get equivalent or better care at an urgent care clinic from a non-doctor. without having to spend thousands per year for nothing. Not a "concierge" doctor at all, save your money.
