I found Blue Valley Pediatrics on a local Facebook mom group that was recommended by many. It's relatively close to my work so I took a shot and my daughter and me are hooked! Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to do all the initial paperwork online before the appointment. Everyone was so friendly and the vibe here was so calm and relaxed. My daughter was smiling and laughing throughout her appointment and her hygienist explained everything in such a kid friendly way. Such a better experience than Parks Pediatric Dentistry. We will be return patients for sure!

The owner came in to see my daughter for a maximum of 2 min, said she had two cavities that needed to be filled. I asked to speak to staff over the phone to try to understand what happened in the 2 week time frame where two cavities magically appeared. They did not call me back; received verbal confirmation they knew of my concerns and phone call. Scheduled a dental appointment with the a new dentist at a different location...guess what? No cavities and her wisdom teeth were 3 years too early. Don't trust this office.

That visit did NOT go well, and she wouldn't even open her mouth for them to count her teeth. A year later, I finally decided to try a new dentist to make sure her teeth were looking good, and discovered Sweet Tooth. I was very anxious about her appointment that she might meltdown like the last attempt, but was very pleasantly surprised. She let them do x-rays at the beginning, and happily followed all of the hygienist's instructions from that point on! They had a TV mounted on the ceiling playing Bluey (genius!) which helped to distract her, and they made her feel comfortable the entire time. So relieved to have her teeth fully cleaned, counted and checked by the dentist finally. Afterwards, she got to spin the prize wheel and won a token for a bouncy ball, which was a big hit. She already can't wait to come back for her next visit in 6 months!

We quickly put the tooth in milk and then I called the Dr.'s emergency line while his mom tended to him. I could hear Dr. Fales family celebrating the holiday in the background of our phone call. Dr. Fales had me explain the situation and then without hesitation he said he would meet our family at his office in 20 minutes. Never did he make me feel like we were intruding on his holiday. Dr. Fales put the tooth back in and secured it. My sister-in-law noted how kind and gentle he was and that he never rushed (remember, he left his own family on Christmas to help ours). I was just so impressed with him. He saved my nephew's tooth on Christmas. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Fales.
