I won't be back to this salon. Please read my review and don't go there if you care about the health of your nails, or the quality of your manicure.
I went to this salon twice to give it a fair shot, and wish I had of skipped my second visit. First off they have only no-name very low quality Gel Polish. They don't carry any CND, Shellac or OPI Gell polish. The first time I went was last Sunday, with 48 hours, on almost all my nails the gel started lifting and getting caught in my hair. Within five days three of my nails had lifted off completed and 3 others where half gone. I went in today (the following Sunday) I showed the girl who had done my nails the week before and she said she doesn't know what happened, and that they shouldn't have peeled off that quickly (no shit). I asked them not to use the rotary tool to remove the shellac because it damages my nails too much. They argued with me and said they would only use it on the areas where the gel polish still was. By the second nail she grinded she nicked me, ripped half my natural nail tip off, and it hurt. I asked her to just file the top coat off and put the acetone on and let it soak. She refused, someone came over, spoke to her and she gave me the nail file. Over the next hour she kept soaking and scraping my nail and the cheap gel wouldn't come off. She ended up having to basically cut my nails off completely because she dried and filed them so much with the acetone she ruined my natural length and made my nails too thin to keep. By that time I told her I wouldn't be putting polish on and would let me nails regrow. She did my manicure with half the gel polish still on my nails. It was the worst manicure I've ever had; EVER. She left my nails all different shapes, put moisturizer on and said she was done. She didn't put cuticle oil on or even make sure the nails there were left where at least filed nicely. Then they had the audacity to charge me $5 extra to remove the garbage gel polish they put on my nails that they couldn't get off! Don't go here. It's your typical assembly line, no english speaking nail sweat shop. They do garbage manicures. They didn't even have nail harder, or any kind of top coat for nail health. They quite literally don't care about the health of your nails at all, and that just proves it if the way they do manicures didn't prove it already. read more
