The venue where the food and drinks were was big and inviting. They had nice bars set up. I am not sure of this is how this place is set up normally. I won't comment on the service, food and drinks because I don't know if that is directly from the venue. I do know that their security was not as thorough as they should have been. One positive thing is they have a LOT of women's bathrooms. It sounds funny, but you ladies know that when there is a concert, there can be long waits to go. As far as the concert area, this reminded me of a big nightclub. There are no seats for the general public. VIP area had some seats that looked uncomfortable. Besides that, there were not many seats at all and far too many people in that area. This venue is behind Wynwood Marketplace and honestly, it is a pain to get to if you are walking here from the Marketplace. I would come back but only for an event that seems worth it.

When a nearby table opened up, we asked if our friends could be moved next to us. Our server was kind, said it should be possible, and went to speak with the manager. We had also spoken with the hostess, who seemed overwhelmed by the number of walk-ins. About 12 minutes later, instead of seating our friends at the available table, the restaurant seated a party of 2 there. Since our friends were only 4 people, they easily could have been accommodated at that table. What made the experience worse was the manager, JP. He came to our table claiming the table was reserved, but that didn't seem accurate--we spoke with the couple who had just been seated there, and they told us they were walk-ins. We understand that restaurants have policies and reservations to manage, but JP's attitude and lack of customer service were disappointing. There was no effort to find a solution or show any empathy. The restaurant wasn't even full, and many guests were heading to the mini golf course, so the situation felt unnecessarily inflexible. Puttshack has a fun concept, but customer service is just as important as the experience. We hope upper management reviews how situations like this are handled, because JP's approach did not reflect the level of hospitality customers expect.

As we toured the gardens, I could see the road we came in on as it continued past some areas of the garden, and by 3 p.m. it was packed with cars at a crawl. So come early? The facility has ample parking on site. There is a main building that houses the gift shop, ticket counter, and a very small cafe. The gardens spread out behind it. Our tickets were free thanks to a Horticultural Society membership that my wife got. If you know that you'll be visiting at least a couple of sites like this within a year, it is worth checking on this to save some money on entry fees. There are paved paths throughout the gardens. You can walk the entire property, but they also offer hourly tram tours. We opted to do the tram first, and I think this is definitely the way to go. You can get a 1-hour overview of all the areas and then decide what to re-visit on foot afterwards. The focus of the gardens is tropical plants, though they have some other varieties as well. Our guide on the tram tour was quite good. He provide a historical overview and highlighted specific plants and architectural design choices as we drove around. Afterwards, we checked out the butterfly house and a few adjoining buildings. We also revisited areas with particularly nice views. My wife wanted to track down some Egyptian geese and also iguanas, both of which we'd seen on the tour. We were able to find both without too much effort. We probably spent 2.5 - 3 hours here. I enjoyed this more than I expected, and if you have any interest in landscape design or botanical gardens, this is a very worthwhile stop near Miami.

Is located in Brickell City Center, next to Luna Park and close to Zara. Plenty of parking is available since BCC has many garages. After so much fun here, you may also enjoy the rest of the shopping center's options of foods and retail stores. The Social Hub has approximately 13-15 differently decorated spaces with their own ring light (you may adjust the lighting) with phone stand. Additionally to this, there are 3 changing rooms, in case you'd like to change your outfit in between photos. The pictures look stunning!! The staff is friendly and always available to assist with you photographic needs, they know your angles! I took pictures in every setting and this took me over 2 hours, I think I couldve spent even more time in there. The staffers were stellar, funny and incredibly helpful. Even after reading "selfie museum" someone still had to explain the concept to me. There are roughly two dozen stage sets arranged with props and backgrounds designed to take the perfect themed selfie. There's everything from a throne room to a bubble bathtub that channels Joan Crawford in The Women. Each backdrop area has a professional light ring and camera mount for your cell. Now I've sometimes thought of obsessive selfie-taking as one step short of "Paris Hilton wannabe" behavior, but I admit to trying out every set in the place : ) This was some of the most fun you can have with your clothes still on. The staffers were not only funny and enthusiastic but very helpful. They didn't even giggle when they had to point out how to turn on the lights and adjust the height of the camera mount to avoid having to crouch down. The venue itself is in my favorite shopping mall, Brickell City Centre. BCC is fun for the 21st Century Jetsons-esque layout complete with 3 blocks of giant futuristic buildings, catwalks over the street, and some of the most cutting edge retail around (complete with Lucid electric car store). It's a good use of a third floor space at the end of a hall that doesn't get a lot of foot traffic. Speaking of traffic, take an Uber, Metromover, bike or walk if you can...this part of the Brickell area can be a traffic nightmare and the BCC parking deck ain't gonna be cheap, papi.
