Though it was a small indoor space, the set-up fit perfectly and not only looked amazing but was the biggest hit with the kids, (which says a lot considering we were in a candy shop). Kids' ages ranged from 12 months to 9 years old. Ahead of the party, I was able to work with the owner, Leslie, to customize the colors to match our party theme. This is the second time we have used this company for a birthday party. We rented a slide in July…read more2022 for my MIL's 57th birthday and just last weekend we rented a slide for my daughter's 12th birthday. Both times were a complete success and everyone enjoyed the water slide. The slide was setup on time in advance of the party. And we were allowed to keep it overnight and it was picked up the next morning. This was a great deal as other companies I have used in the past only allowed a 4 or 6-hour window. The owner himself was there for the setup and takedown of the slide. He also put out a tarp under the slide and some cones near the slide exit for safety measure. Several of the kids at both parties said that they had a great time and it was one of the best parties they had been to. This slide was definitely a lot of fun!! We will definitely use this company again!!

We paid $10k for a tent and some tables a week before the wedding. My mother called the morning my little sister died to tell them not to bring the stuff and her call was never returned. Phillip Schnorr is the owner of the company and initially offered no refund. After a period of back and forth, he only offered around 20% refund.. It's not about the money. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. Not how you run a business.

Excellent service from start to finish…read more I was hosting a party for my wife, one of those special birthdays that end in zero and I was clearly out of my element. Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. It was my own fault, but alas, no problem, a quick trip back to Luxe and I loaded the items on my car. Everything went very smoothly.
