Excellent attorney!! I wanted to take the time to write this well deserved review for Mr. Jack Fleeman. Mr. Fleeman came highly recommended by a close friend and he truly delivered. I was married for 33 years and wanted to proceed with my divorce as amicably and timely as possible. I was under the impression that the process would be much more difficult due to the timing of the pandemic (2020) but quickly my fears were reassured. I was in good hands. He told me that the divorce would be complete in a month or less and that was exactly the time frame. The divorce was done entirely through emails (after the initial in person consultation) which was wonderful because I travel often for work. I had responses within ten minutes to all of my questions, I never had to call the office. My ex husband had difficulty understanding some of the verbiage in the documents and Mr. Fleeman was very kind in explaining what the terms meant. This had to be one of the most trying times in my life while going through a divorce. If not for Joe Riccio and his associates, I may have lost the fight to share custody of my kids. Joe made sure to not sugar coat the situation and reminded me to stick to the facts. People get caught up in their emotions and Joe kept me level headed and made me realize the exact kind of ex I was dealing with. I just read some of these other reviews and I think I need to post my own to get the word out! I have dealt with my fair share of horrible attorneys in this town, but Mr. Fleeman is by far the worst I've ever met! It started off very well but he took my consultation money and then had to reschedule twice. When he finally spoke with me, I wasnt very impressed. To have such a good reputation in the community, I don't think he works well with all members of the community. I think you know what I mean. He seemed very condescending like I didn't know what he was saying. I speak very well and have a bachelor's degree from UNLV, but he acted like I was just some guy off the street. The more questions I asked about my case, the more nasty he got - I was just waiting for him to snap. Mr. Fleeman, I know you are the expert and that's why I came to you for help, not to be treated like I'm a complete idiot. I don't know family law and that's why I came to you. You should treat your paying clients with more respect because you are an "expert" at family law, but I know you don't know anyone else's job. you are not a nice man and I will make sure everyone around me knows it! You no longer have any business from anyone in my community, thats for sure! read more
