Today was my first consultation in this place, and I want to say that my experience has been excellent. The employees are a great team and they are very friendly. Dr. Singh is the best and provides good service. I am very happy to have put my oral health in the hands of professionals. I recommend it

Singh and his dental assistants did an exceptional job with my teeth, I even cried heading home as I was blown away with the outcome.

He was easy to work with and really listens to his patients concerns. I did Invisalign treatment here as well. Pilar was the head ortho rep when i started my Invisalign. Pilar was excellent and very upbeat , always a pleasure to see while i was there. While Invisalign took a lot longer then expected to finish treatment I'm pretty satisfied with the overall out come. The rest of the office staff is very friendly and welcoming and the treatment coordinator Lauren is very knowledgeable and was able to address all of my concerns in the best way possible. Overall the office is in a convenient location and I would 10/10 recommend Dr.Mun and his team to anyone in the area. 1 star taken away as I had a emergency root canal that was needed, dr.mun was not available and the dr I did see (don't have a clue what her name is) attempted to drain and fill my tooth while in active Infection before even prescribing antibiotics. I have had some tooth work in the past and am well aware that wasn't the brightest idea, I decided to go elsewhere for immediate attention due to this experience.

Unfortunately, they find a way to charge you for it. We received an estimate for our cleanings (which they wouldn't just do on our first appointment) and other work which came out to be significantly more than other places I've gone. Even in-network, their charges came to $200-$300 more for a crown than I've paid in the past AFTER what insurance covers. Plus, they want to up-charge you for other things, like a "laser package" deep cleaning. Shouldn't this just be included in your cleaning if it's something they highly recommend for most patients? If money isn't an issue for you then this place might be fine but for our young family every dollar matters and this place just isn't for us.

I am always willing to listen when a business is wanting to know how they can incorporate a not so good situation into a learning opportunity. You have regained my trust and respect. Also want to shout out Dr. Magee because I truly had an amazing experience with my dental work that was painless and quick. My original review was based off financial miscommunication and not services. The fact you guys went over and beyond to make sure I was okay speaks volumes!! Today was our second visit here and I really wanted to like this office but I left very disappointed today and now will have to search for another new dentist. It is already hard enough to find good medical/dental providers that are honest and practice their craft safely. I agree the checkin process is quick and easy, you can fill out new patient forms online. My X-rays and services needed were explained during my first visit. I signed two treatment plans for me and my daughter and scheduled follow up appointments to start getting our dental work completed. However today when I arrived at the office and paid about $350 it was not for what I was originally quoted. $204 was supposed to be for a cleaning and two upper fillings on my left and right. I was told I was only scheduled for one so I was very much confused about what I had just paid for. I had to show the treatment plan I signed and was told that is not what is in my chart. Okay thank you for reviewing the information. After having mine and my daughter's work done I am then told our prices have changed because they were using an outdated fee schedule....which I was asked to sign the new ones. These were not small price adjustments like $20/$30 the quotes were off by $70-$150. That doesn't make any sense that you cannot even provide me the correct quote so how do I even trust that this "new" fee schedule is correct. I have never had this happen. If anything I'm usually paying over and ending up with a credit. It would have been better to show me the different fee schedules and how my treatment plans were calculated wrong versus showing me to different plans with very different amounts. If you go here I would definitely have them double check your quotes and billing.

What not so cool is over the span of 7 years (since 2019), I've seen at least 3-4 DMD or DDS that worked here. I originally had Keely when I started going here, only to be notified that she no longer practices at this location. I didn't have insurance or had bad insurance at the time, but PMD helped me by setting up a financing plan through Smiles Financial. I was able to pay off the wisdom tooth extraction of 3 of the four tooth. United Dental insurance kicked in and paid a portion of it after a six month waiting period. Hygienist, however, is another story. Some did well; others, not so much. Had one (Rebecca) that told me that that place had a high turnover as she was doing my dental X-Ray. While I had a recent experience with Jasmin that she seem to struggle with the cleaning portion. She made a mess during the cleaning but was apologetic about it. I do anticipate some error would be common, but she seemed to not be confident about the polishing portion of the cleaning. Keep in mind the floss on the floor was not used for my appointment.... This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office in my life. As someone who is on top of their dentist appointments and usually looks forward to going, imagine my surprise when I take all of the right steps upon getting my own dental coverage in making my appointment, showing up on time, asking all the right questions just to get bottom of the barrel service... The red flags were definitely there. However, I had been without Insurance until recently and have desperately needed to get my teeth, examined and cleaned. Upon checking in for my appointment, I was met with confused looks by the reception desk, asked for my name multiple times just to be told the system had me entered in as male, even though I filled out my paperwork prior to the appointment. It's a non-issue but misgendering at this day and age at a clinical office is a little insane. The next red flag was the condition of the restroom and ALL equipment, absolutely disgusting for any type of doctor's office. Next up were my x-rays... that process was OK, but I noticed the broken and filthy equipment that was being used and it put me off completely. Now this is where we take a left....once I was moved to the exam room to get my cleaning the dentist came in and started aggressively poking at my gums and any sign of discomfort or trying to get her to stop was not obliged. She then pulled up my x-rays to inform me about two new cavities that have formed. It just so happens that these are the two teeth I did have cavities on when I was 14 and got them filled, my previous dentist, which unfortunately is out of my network and too expensive out-of-pocket has been monitoring all of my fillings, and the only one that was in question was on the bottom right side of my mouth where it had cracked. He advised me all of the other ones were perfectly intact and unless the bottom one started causing any discomfort, it wasn't an extreme priority to get it refilled. So imagine my surprise as I'm going back-and-forth with the dentist looking at pictures telling her I can literally see the fillings and no evidence of a cracking or cavity present and she is telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about then proceeds to tell me I need a laser treatment on top of my normal cleaning. Now I understand this is a bit dramatic, but I have been fighting with allergies and other things so I was very stressed in this moment so when the receptionist comes in and hands me a bill for over $300 for the $5 co-pay (fine) for the cleaning, $118 for the two fillings, and $130 for whatever laser treatment I supposedly need I start crying telling her I only want the x-rays and the cleaning and that I would get my paperwork from my previous dentist to see what the notes were the last time I got examined. Keep in mind I have very good oral health minus a little trouble flossing here and there, but nothing extreme to where a laser would need to be put in my mouth. I don't care if it's not invasive I simply don't need it. I was definitely pressured because the receptionist then had the dentist come back in where I'm now hysterically crying because it's been almost 2 hours and I still have not received my cleaning. Instead im met with a bill of over $300 when initially I was only told I needed to cover a five dollar co-pay. I continuously ask the dentist what this treatment is for and why I would need something like that because now I'm freaking out that something is severely wrong because again I haven't had insurance for almost 2 years and haven't been able to get dental treatment. I've never had a problem so imagine my surprise when she tells me this treatment is given to people with gingivitis and gum diseases, and is done for either preventative or just general treatment. At this point i'm now even more hysterical and confused because prior to her coming in the assistant did a spit test for gum disease and gingivitis said I was nowhere near having any of those issues. Now I'm at the point of begging the dentist to just remove the unnecessary treatment and at some point later, we can discuss the fillings but for today, I only want my cleaning done her response to that was " we can remove the laser treatment however I do recommend getting it at some point. We can just do the regular cleaning, but we won't be able to do it today because we're really busy." There is absolutely no way in hell I scheduled this appointment last week, made a MyChart account, filled out all the necessary paperwork last week, came in almost 30 minutes prior to my appointment and did all the necessary steps just for you to not do my cleaning because I deny an unnecessary service.

She is so comforting, brilliant and a master of her profession. She took the time to explain what was going on with my tooth and why it was necessary to retreat my root canal. Immediately upon reviewing my CBCT image she saw that the original dentist missed a canal. (Original one was done 20+ years ago, when the technology was not near advanced as it is today.) She explained this is more common than you would think because these canals are so tiny and can branch off. Root canals are often why people dread the dentist. I can honestly say that this was done with zero discomfort. She was able to remove the old material, locate and clean the extra canal and complete the procedure within an hour.
