No wifi, no sewer hook up (they do have a dump station), no concrete or rock pads. You will be on grass. We kind of sank in a bit. Hardly anyone here so its not an issue now but if you come when its busy you will be right next to your neighbor. If any of that bothers you then I'd pick somewhere else. Oh also not many signs to point you to the RV park. But really it is a nice setting. We would come back for a day or two but not for any long term stays.

We had a great time at the adventure park…read more We do a weekend getaway a few times a year and have ended up at great wolf lodge and the Gaylord more times than I care to admit. I never enjoy those trips as everything feels like a money grab. $50+ for a chair next to the pool, crappy hotel food dolled up to appear fancy which leads to a $300 dinner, and the list goes on. This however has been very different! With Meals being included, I expected to be hungry and the food to be very cheap. Not the case. Dinner was great. There is an arcade in the lodge for the kids, Theres only a few machines, but they are all free to play! The staff have been very friendly and accommodating. The trail rides I expected to be bored. The guides pushed us hard and it was enjoyable for everyone. Also, we went OVER time on every trip. The guides took us out at 9:30 PM for a 1 hour night ride. We did not get back tho the barn until 11:17 PM. Cheers to JJ and Landon. I rarely enjoy our trips. This has been very enjoyable, and we will be back!

We visited over the Fourth of July weekend and weren't informed that the racing clinic would not be…read moreoperating until we arrived for check-in. It would have been appreciated to receive advance notice, especially since I had called the week before to ask why I hadn't been contacted to schedule our excursions as I was told would happen 2 weeks before arrival. Apparently processes changed from what was communicated during booking in February. Unfortunately, the RC track was also not operating during our stay. As a result, we were only able to schedule two daytime SxS rides because all of the night rides were already fully booked. Some advance notice would have been appreciated as we could have rescheduled, if given the option. Also, when I booked there was no mention of the $500 non refundable insurance fee for my 16 year old to drive the SxS, we found this out on the day of check-in and later found out from an employee that this was a change in policy since opening in April. All in all, it is a nice resort but lacks communication with the guests and amongst the employees! I can't say that we will return, it was a hefty price to pay for a short weekend getaway and the advertised excursions not being available! So travelers beware, call first to make sure the tracks are in operable condition!

We went right at dusk, but I think if it had been truly dark, we could have seen the resort from miles away. ALL. THE. LIGHTS. (And, other decorations.) We were surprised by the amount of holiday cheer that was put up. Lots of inflatables (some quite unique). If you're in the area, I would certainly check it out. The lady on the phone talked to me while I was meandering around the area in my truck on a dark road. Thank goodness!! She was so accommodating! For example: the number of nights I wanted to stay. Minimum is two nights. I was allowed to stay one. After I was assigned to one cabin, she allowed me to stay in a different cabin. Pulling up to park at my assigned cabin my headlights showed 3 deer!! Another times, I saw them from the balcony, several more deer. In fact, they seemed within an arm's reach. The balcony was clean with a covered table, hot tub and a means to charcoal meats. The grill utensils hung along the guard rails. Once inside, it appeared very clean. Every possible amenity was available (except robes or q-tips). Fireplace, cut wood, lighter, microwave, fold out couch, mini fridge, window unit, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, table and 2 chairs, tv, wifi, ceiling fan, towels (request extra if using the hot tub), shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Of course, a large cozy bed! The hot tub is small. My best guess would be that they can accommodate 4 small bodies max. Great jets and very hot water! The showers are so clean and sparkly! The shampoo, conditioner and body soap hang on the wall. All have a very mild scent. It was a perfect get away for me.

I checked in Friday and got in early so I could get into my garbage for the Annual event we do there. I was surprised. Rooms impeccably clean. VERY nice Inn Keeper. Property is close enough to see the lake very close by. Our room was not cramped. Nice King Size Bed. And of course everything else you would expect. Nice 24hr coffee bar. In the morning 2 fresh brew pots of coffee await you around 5:30 am. Snacks, pastry, baked goods, fruit. Snack Bars to go. Very nice Pool. Closed at this visit. Pretty cool in the morning there at 60°F. Trly enjoyed a couple of nights there and plenty of good restaurants like Pistol Pats i mentioned in an I there review. Amazing place and the price is crazy affordable. I will be back to stay there next year. Love it.

It is the nicest motel I have stayed at in a long time. It is very, very clean, has electronic locks on each door, not like the HAMPTON inn type... these are keypads that you would find at a VRBO or somewhere. Every room has a microwave and a refrigerator. I prefer showers but for people who take baths the bathtub is much bigger than the standard size. I have a King room on the first floor. It has a large tv, the comforter on the bed is similar to that at a Hampton Inn... the mattress is very comfortable. I could honestly stay a week here. The carpet looks brand new and a pad must be really good because it feels like you're walking on a cushion.

This RV park is not meant for long term residents. The wifi is spotty--it has to be reset by the…read moreoffice next door often. You must share a front yard with another resident, and your back is inches to the next trailer. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the 40+ spots, so it can be hard to do a load of laundry. Trash service is odd--occasionally they have dumpsters, but often they are taken away. You must share one trash bin with your neighbor, and sometimes it goes a week or two before being emptied (although it is supposed to be emptied twice a week). They only mow around the park about once a month or so. No room to park two vehicles by your trailer: hardly enough to park one (especially if your trailer is over 30'). Only 4 50 amp sites in this park, so call ahead if your rv is 50 amp, because the spots could be taken. Bad 30 amp site--the electrical outside would constantly trip, when nothing was on (no air conditioning, lights, etc.) The Expo RV Park maintenance staff and other managers running the park are rude and disrespectful. When my husband and I called Lisa Towery in the office and the man (Ron Bailey) in charge of the park, we were treated rudely. They didn't bother apologizing to us for the problems we have had: instead, they got rude and started treated us horribly. Ron even confronted my husband in the park, calling him a liar, when my husband told them the trash service is not regular at the park. We decided we could not put up with such rude, disrespectful staff managing this park: if they cannot have the decency to treat us respectfully, we will pull our trailer elsewhere (which we did). I wouldn't pay another dollar to stay at a park where someone is so rude and condescending.
