We ordered the chicken/ rabbit paella and seafood paella both were very flavorful. We also ordered the tuna belly and fried anchovies which were delicious. Very good service as well

Wow, it's been quite a while since this restaurant has gotten a yelp review. I get it, it is out of…read morethe way from Valencia, about a 30minute and $30 dollar taxi ride. Longer if you are in the heart of Valencia, but it is worth it for the award winning paella and seafood. You are surrounded by rice paddies and you know it is a great local spot when there are other spanish folks and the servers speak a little english. Luckily the menu is in spanish and english. Service is great, nice and laid back, enjoy your food, don't rush through it style. The white wine sangria was delicious and refreshing. We had langostine and prawns and the special paella with iberico ham. Every grain of rice was very flavorfull! If you plan to take a taxi back, they staff are kind enough to call a taxi for you, keep in mind it will take 30-40min for the taxi to get to the restaurant. Your alternative option is to take the #24 bus at the center of town back to Valencia which leaves once per hour, check apple or google maps for the time.

I was in the area for work on a Sunday and with several locals. Being Sunday, our dining options…read morewere pretty limited. We had to book a very early Spanish lunch at 13:30 and got the first table at this establishment. My trip wouldn't have been complete without the proper Spanish meal experience. Our courses consisted of Bread , Little clams (no idea about their actual name, but it's only available on that beach), mussels, calamari, salad, and paella, and coffee. At Lunch. It took 2.5 hours. The bread in Spain is served with a red tomato sauce and a white mayo like sauce that is egg white and olive oil based. Your are intended to mix the two on bread. The rest of the courses, outside of the paella, were good but nothing especial. As it would turn out, this place I was is the true origin of paella, and everywhere else just "isn't the same" according to the locals. I'll have to agree after trying it here. Our final, 6th course, was a mixed paella with shellfish, rabbit, chicken legs, pork, and some kind of liver. It's cooked over an open fire and sized according to the number of people in your party. While I wasn't too into the meat selection, the shellfish, veggies, and rice were excellent and I enjoyed the flavor from the meat. As a pro tip from a local, you have to use the spatula to scrape the bottom of the paella pan to get all the flavor. Amazing in deed. I can't say anything bad about the place and a 7 course meal for 5 people was only €160, which included 4 drinks per person. (calm down it was non alcoholic beer, it's a working lunch)
